Complimentary cookies and friendly, helpful staff greeted us upon arrival. Loved our spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet 1 bedroom 2 queen bed suite, with chaise, desk, full size refrigerator, microwave, eating bar, two TV's, fast wifi, lots of storage and hangup space, and fluffy bath towels. Amenities included numerous hot and cold breakfast choices, plus a light evening meal, and 24/7 soda. Trays, for those wanting to eat in their room, and to go sacks we're available. Parking was ample and well lit. Felt safe. The hotel is conveniently located. The pool and exercise facility looked inviting. Our suite had a tub / shower combination. We prefer a walk-in shower, however, none we're available when we arrived. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We ended up staying here Friday night and checking out Monday. Cheap hotel (if booked through a third party site). We arrived at 1 am (Friday night/ Saturday morning). The front desk clerk was on the phone talking about her paychecks to someone so I had to wait 10 minutes before she even got to me. Then the "maintenance man" came down to the front desk while I was checking in. He was talking about how some woman's television wouldn't work. She got me all checked in and sent me to room 107. None of the outside doors were locked going into the hotel, there were 3 people standing outside smoking blocking the main entrance as we were trying to get in. We finally get to our room and the "maintenance man" comes and knocks on our door mind you this is 1:40am at this point. He said the front desk called and said your tv is broken- I said no not my room. It was just a very weird and uncomfortable situation. Now for the room- super outdated. Carpets were stained, trim was coming off the walls, curtain was falling down, and the surge protectors in the room were stained and looked like bug feces were on them. Pros- Conveniently located to food & downtown, cheap hotel rooms, shower was hot, beds were firm, pillows were soft, mini fridge & ac worked great. I would recommend if you were traveling through for a night and just needed a quick spot to rest. But not for a 3 night stay. I wish I would of got the refundable room rate because I would of checked out Saturday morning & moved hotels. You could also hear a lot of the road noise.

I have wanted to stay at a Little America for years just because.....So I called ahead to get a handicapped room as I had just broken my leg in Council Bluffs, IA and we were headed home to California. Fun time.......altho the room was about $50 more than the usual highway 80 hotels, it was well worth it. There was a covered walkway from the lobby to the room which was much appreciated as it was snowy and icy.......the room was quite spacious. Funny tho, upon entering we first noticed a broken leg on the guest chair.....thot that was funny......thot it was weird tho that the room phone was across the room from the bed....and not on the nightstand where I could have reached it......fortunately did not need it. Only complaint was that the desk chair did not fit the desk.....and the other two chairs would not work as desk chairs. Shared bedside lamp was a three way!! That's a hotel first for us. I did appreciate that the nightstand was taller than most and made getting out of bed easier for me, something to grab on to! But being in a wheelchair for the very first time......we appreciated the huge bathroom with easy to reach grab bars and lots of turn around space. This all sure helped us navigate easily. My husband wheeled me off to dinner and we had a great meal and a lovely server, Britta.....enjoyed our 'night out' event. Breakfast was good and we even had time to check out the really, really nice gift shop.
