Hotel Cristallo

horrible, it is not worthy of being called a hotel! we went on a trip with the school and as soon as we entered the room we noticed a layer of dust that acts as a double floor, cracked walls, the ceiling full of mold and a nauseating smell coming out of the bathroom! the room, as well as dirty, was in terrible condition: with wet furniture, already used toilet paper and hair scattered around (not ours). furthermore, while we were in the canteen, a friend of ours asked the waiter a question and he responded in an unpleasant and offensive way. I strongly advise against this hotel, there are certainly much better ones!!

I went on a trip with the school and we stayed in the hotel. As soon as we got to the room we checked the room (a room for two) and saw that there was a lot of dust. The handle was broken and it was difficult to close it. I went into the bathroom for a shower and the water holes were rusty and if you opened the tap the water came out brown. The shower was dirty with many stains and the temperature could not be adjusted. The food wasn't bad and the staff were welcoming enough. Having said this, I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.

A nice hotel at the entrance with some nice impetuous armchairs I would say, but the room where they placed us was I think 2 stars. The food (dinner) was quite good but the breakfast was poor and poor. The staff were welcoming. In the evening we sat down on the balcony to be in the open air and suddenly the chair I was on shattered, hurting my back. I immediately reported it to the reception staff, who offered to give me some ice. In the morning while checking out I reported everything what happened to me with the owner, and he arrogantly replied that it's the sun's fault, that the chairs are under the sun🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Not recommended

Hotel...from another century!! Spent one night (09/13) in a single room, single-glazed windows and ruined woodwork!! very, very noisy (on the street) it's theft! Small room, miniature TV...fixed very high against the wall, so you can't see ANYTHING. Abominable sanitary facilities! already there is a step to take!!?? plus, it’s a bathtub!!??? and the faucets....old....mixers!!!??? So flee this hotel!! The restaurant is average!!

Beautiful family holiday. The hotel is from the 60s but nothing is missing. The bedroom and bathroom are very large and clean. Food not super but still acceptable. Top staff and spectacular surroundings that leave you wanting to return. Price more than economical for what it offers. A special greeting to Christian who is always courteous and friendly. Hotel understaffed. There were only two waitresses in the room who were running around like crazy, a sad thing that shows the extent of the exploitation of the staff themselves. The food was decent but the atmosphere was decadent. The pool was dirty.

Incredibile e deprimente atmosfera anni 60,decadente struttura.Servizio "mensa" imbarazzante.Il personale gentile non compensa l'assoluta carenza di comfort.I materassi sono a molle "spaccaschiena"e l'isolamento acustico minimale.

Struttura molto datata con arredo anni sessanta che emana odore di stantio per non parlare della ristorazione. Ristorazione non del tutto soddisfacente, il tutto fortunatamente compensato da personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
