House and Home Residence

Chiang Mai|3.64km from city center
Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Come to stay again, of course, the price is very cheap. Must come if Chiang Mai to relax and save the budget. The place is in the city too. very ok with this place Check-in a little bit late, that is, the staff did not adjust the price. I like it very much 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 Stay again for sure. Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

Joyful Thai Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

Joyful Thai Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai Ancient City Chiang Mai|0.04km from Tha Phae Gate
Advantages: 1. The hotel is right next to the Tapei Gate. It is very convenient to travel. It is about a 20-minute walk to the fruit wholesale market and a 20-minute walk to the Saturday Night Market. The Sunday Night Market is next to me. This is my choice. The reason for staying here for six days. 2. The hotel looks relatively new and the bedding is clean and tidy. 3. The garden view room is not large. On the first floor, it is actually a mini pool and inflatable swan. It is suitable for children to play with water. It is also convenient to dry clothes (preferably bring a rope). Of course, If you live above the second floor, there is a place to dry clothes on the small balcony. 4. Although the shower room in the bathroom is small, the bath water is hot and large enough to drain water quickly. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. Please bring your own. Others include slippers and bathrobes. 5. There are free snacks and drinks for continuous living, but it will not be clear for a few days. Coffee and tea and bottled water are available daily. 6. For breakfast, order a set meal at the cafe next door. There are three kinds of set meals, but they are basically enough. Disadvantages: 1. The front desk is very small, just a small table, no lobby, only a few benches outside the door for hotel guests to rest. 2. The cleaning in the next few days is more casual, the toilet is occasionally brushed, and the shower is not carefully cleaned. Sometimes I forget to put on a new bath even if I run out of it. The swimming pool is not very clean, even if it is cleaned with a robot, it is not much better, but because there are many mosquitoes outside, it will not be studied.

Estia Chiangmai

Chiang Mai Ancient City Chiang Mai|0.07km from Old City
We wanted to stay through Jan.1 at our original luxury hotel, but we could not at the time of booking, nor, was there a vacancy during our stay. We looked at google maps and tried all of the places closest. No vacancies. We found this budget hotel that had ONE room left! It is in walking distance to Three Kings Monument, Phra Singh, and other Old City venues, massage spas, etc. Estia has a cottage feeling, like a hotel in rural Europe with Thai surroundings. Everything was clean, large bathroom, hot water, the usual soaps and shampoos. bring your own conditioner and shavers. We always bring our own just in case, but sometimes these budget hotels will give you them if you ask. The wifi was strong. The TV had the usual Thai channels with a few in English. The gardens were sweet with lots of flowers. The pool is clean and more lounge chairs than at some luxury hotels! The indoor dining area is large for groups and you can sit outside but it might not be convenient for toasting bread etc. We only ate breakfast, and, at 149 baht, it was very reasonable. A water jug and clean glasses, an automated americano and espresso machine, fresh milk and cream, cereals including muesli etc. White and whole wheat bread. You choose from menu pancakes or eggs of different cooking methods. Two eggs. You get a small plate of two types of fruit. If you calculate the cost of coffee, this 149 baht price is very fair. A suggestion for certain travelers: you could stay at a luxury resort a day or more for the experience then switch to Estia for the rest of the week unless you are very picky, because if you are a tourist out all day then this is just a place to sleep. We live in Chiang Mai as retirees. Staying in Estia brought me back to my youth traveling around Europe! At $27 a night, Estia may surprise you. It is an older place but we are concerned with cleanliness. Estia is very clean. Grab Taxi easily finds Estia,

A very beautiful and comfortable hotel, with lots of check-in slots, and the photos inside and outside the room are so beautiful. It makes a trip, and I will stay at the hotel until noon every day. Although the hotel breakfast does not have many styles, it tastes very good. The hotel restaurants and bars are of high quality and cost-effective, so you can stay in the hotel all day without any problem. Very suggestive for couples or families. And, so the staff are very friendly and hospitable. Although the location is relatively remote, Chiang Mai is accustomed to call buses coming in and out, so the impact is not big.

The location is good, with a lot of eatery's nearby. The room was basic without drawers for clothes if you want to unpack to stay for a few day. The bathroom was very squashy, and the toilet paper box was in the way for a bigger size person. The breakfast has limited choices and is the same every day.

1. When booking, there is no note to write to me, whether you want a double bed or a double bed. I didn't care about this until the front desk said that I didn't write this note when I checked in, so they didn't reserve a double bed for me, so when I wanted to move for three consecutive days, he said that I would move twice The room was finally coordinated and waited, and it took him half an hour to get us a twin room without moving the room. Friends who book in the future, remember to write a note, or don't book this kind of hotel with double beds and double beds randomly arranged. 2. The sound insulation is very poor. The person next door sneezed on the balcony. I closed the balcony glass window and could hear it clearly in the room. 3. The light in the cloakroom cannot be turned off. It can only be covered with a black curtain, but the light can still shine through the gap. 4. The place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very narrow. 5. There are fried eggs on the breakfast menu, but the default is sun eggs, so if you have a friend who wants to eat hard-boiled eggs, remember to tell him boiled egg. 5. There are 2 swimming pools which are nice. 6. The attitude of the service staff is very good, the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants. 7. Serve only brunch, not dinner.

Located in the alley Walk about 100 meters from the main road. It's a bit difficult for cars to enter. There is no place to make a U-turn. The walk-in price is 200 baht, cheaper than booking through various websites. Walk to Tha Phae Gate. and Warorot Market. Sleeps in a female room with 4 beds. The bed has no curtains. There is a light and a plug at the head of the bed. The bed base is like a spring bed. When you move, the bed will creak. The blanket was too thin and too short, 168 tall, barely covering the toes. There is an air conditioner that you can turn on as you please without any time limit. The room space is wide and not cramped. There is space to place things. Spotless, the bathroom is in the room. No need to use it outside the bedroom. The bathroom is wide but does not separate wet and dry sections. Soap and shampoo are provided. For towels, you must ask the staff yourself. All employees provided very good service.

Breakfast is ok, although simple, but it has everything. It does not provide electric kettle, hairdryer, slippers. Use hot water to fetch water in the breakfast room, and a hair dryer can be borrowed from the front desk. There is a small swimming pool. The surrounding environment is not very good, the road is narrow, there are many cars, and the noise is loud. Especially too close to the airport, every day I lie in bed and listen to countless planes taking off, and the night is not peaceful. Stayed for two nights and moved decisively.
