Chiang Mai Mansion 2

Night Bazaar Area
The service is very good, everyone is very polite and the room is cleaned daily, bottled drinking water is supplied. The room is big, has a smart T.V. and is suitable for a small family. There is a separate dining area with kitchenette and a decent sized balcony that over looks a busy road. The bathroom is clean. There is an area to work downstairs and a piano. The only drawback is the road is very busy and noisy throughout the day and night.

We have had a great stay, the rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is close to the night bizarre and I think also walked easily to the old area of chiang mai from here. There is no lift and a lot of stairs, but this was no problem for us. The staff are great and a simple breakfast is available daily. The air con wasent very good... could be a issue in the hotter months. Would happily stay here again.
Lanna Thai Guesthouse

Lannathai Guesthouse provides inexpensive comfortable accommodation. It is a basic hotel, just off the main night bazaar road, so very convenient for a short stay. It is situated to the north side of Anusarn Market, a main tourist area, but it is in a quiet backstreet.

I love this place, Trekker Camp, affordable cozy and clean, fun. I can meet people from all walks of life here. I love this place so much, it is very suitable for backpackers, the price also includes breakfast and free bicycles🚲This is the best thing The most nice thing! I originally booked a one-night stay to see if it was really good, so I decided to book all 27 days in Chiang Mai here. I will stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai. The boss is very enthusiastic and friendly!

The room was quite clean, but the facilities were a bit old and the room had a slightly damp smell. The sheets looked a little darkened with use and the mattress was very thin. The toilet didn't work after flushing it twice. The air conditioning is very powerful and the price is quite affordable. You can check in 2 hours in advance and get a good night's sleep.

At the start of our stay we arrived at the front to see trees blocking the sign which caused confusion of where the condominium was. We entered the area to see a gym which looked nice from viewing, but as we walked further in we saw the pool, which I had been excited about, FILLED WITH BUGS AND LEAVES. As we walk past to the front we saw another family having trouble to get their keys. We had to wait about 20 minutes to receive our keys and had been WAITING THERE FOR AN HOUR from a lady who had to drive to the condominium to drop off our keys. HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION! The elevator was very confusing and we had trouble fitting in there with our luggage. We settled down in our room and left to explore the market. When we arrived again I TRIED TO OPEN OUR BEDROOM DOOR BUT IT WOULDN’T OPEN. After experimenting with other doors we discovered that the locked from the inside when you close it from outside. We fiddled with the doorknob and it still wouldn’t open so we called a locksmith who said he would unlock it for 200 baht, but when he entered our condo he said it would cost 300 baht. He struggled with the lock for 1 hour and we were exhausted waiting for the open door. Finally the door was opened and we were able to receive our belongings. The whole place isn’t terrible, but the bathroom had a weird smell. Our room is fairly clean though and included utensils ,plates and bowls which was useful. Overall I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AND GO TO A NEARBY HOTEL!
