The room was clean and the staff provided excellent service, even recommending tourist attractions. Very good!

Just like all Ibis hotels, the rooms are standardized, but the facilities are indeed sufficient, and cleanliness is not an issue. It's suitable for individual travelers. This one in Chiang Mai is quite nice, and the lobby has a great atmosphere. The only things I hope they improve are the quality of the bedding and the lack of a master power switch. The duvet and pillow material are very thin, and initially felt a bit rough. Also, regarding tidiness, I don't expect clothes to be folded, but they shouldn't just be left in a pile. Many ordinary hotels would fold them nicely and place them on the bed or a chair. These are minor issues that can be improved, though. Overall, it's acceptable, and I would stay here again.

The room wasn't huge, but it was just right for one person. The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly, giving a detailed introduction. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest 7-Eleven, and it can be a bit dark at night. The closest mall, Maya, is a 10-minute walk away and has plenty of food and drink options, as well as shopping. Overall, it's quite convenient and a pretty good choice for the price!

The hotel is decent. It's located near Nimman Road, and there's a shopping mall not far away. Plus, there's a really good restaurant called Nara nearby.

This is a very typical European-style hotel, just like the Ibis hotels I stay at in Europe. The location is excellent, only a ten-minute walk to Nimmanhaemin Road. The front desk service is great, and their English is very good. Every staff member greets you. There's also an underground parking garage, which was perfect because we rented a motorbike and could just ride it directly down there. They have dedicated motorbike spots, so it wasn't baking hot the next morning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

The whole room was quite clean, and the location is great. The soundproofing was also really good, and there were a lot of Chinese people around, so I felt it was pretty safe for Chinese travelers.

This hotel is great! The front desk staff can speak Chinese, which was a huge plus. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chiang Mai. I stayed for four nights in Chiang Mai, and all of them were at this hotel. It's really good, and the value for money is excellent. The BBQ place across the street is also good, and I loved the stir-fried morning glory at the restaurant opposite!
