I would like to express my thanks to all the waiters and waitresses here. The service is superb and the experience is amazing. The room is a good size and well equipped. Room is clean and tidy. It is easy to reach here, very close to Chiang Mai Railway Station and Chiang Mai Bus Terminal. Also, it is not far from the surrounding 7-Eleven and McDonald's. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is convenient for guests. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, and the taste of both western cuisine and Northern Thai style food are good.

It is said that before 2019, there will be a large number of Chinese tourists staying for a long time, so the service signs in the hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc. are specially equipped with Chinese and English prompts. Many tourists choose this place. I guess besides the important factor of being very quiet at night, the traffic here is very convenient, and it is very convenient to come from the super highway; I tried to walk from the hotel to the Central Festival, which is about 1.2 kilometers, that is, It only takes ten minutes; it is about 1 kilometer from the hotel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and only a few hundred meters to Chiang Mai Long-distance Bus Station. Overall, the hotel was very new and well designed. Room was nice, not that spacious but still equipped with many amenities. There were small gym and swimming pool in the hotel. Front desk was nice and friendly, easy to communicate with. Just a location which is quite far from the city center.
