Holiday Garden Hotel & Resort

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. One of the highlights of my stay was its beautiful garden, which is filled with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and a peaceful pond with a variety of colorful fish. It creates a relaxing atmosphere and is a lovely place to unwind. The room was equipped with basic amenities, including towels, bottled water, a kettle, a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo, which were all appreciated. However, as someone who enjoys coffee, I was a little disappointed that there were no complimentary coffee or tea sachets provided in the room. Fortunately, the hotel has a café on-site, which made up for it. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel does not provide toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or a shaving kit, so it’s best to bring your own. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for its beautiful surroundings and convenient location.

The hotel is in a very convenient location within walking distance of the busy shopping area, a local food stall, and a very good cafe. I stayed for three nights in a basic room. The bathroom can be better. The outdoor pool area is also good for chilling. The bellman is very kind.

Horrible Horrible service. The worst customer service I have encountered after staying lots of different hotels in Chiang Mai. My colleague and I booked there for a night because it is close to our meeting place. We arrived in the evening and checked-in. After signing the check-in document, we were asked to make a deposit of 2,000 THB for two rooms. We did not bring enough cash as the room was already pre-paid. We told them that we did not see that requirement when we made the reservation (in Fine Prints). But we negotiated different options with the front office that we could do it by either credit card or Thai QR scan. They insisted that they only accepted cash and they did not have an ATM close to the hotel. We told them that if they wanted cash only, we would give the deposit when we came back after the meeting. They did not accept any negotiation and told us to cancel the reservation if we could not make the deposit in cash. We told them that we had to go to the meeting at that time and we would also leave early in the morning for another meeting. We asked them if there was anything they could do because we would stay there for just a night, and they told us there was nothing they could do, they wanted cash or leave our passports with them. We told them that we needed our passports for the meeting and we could pay the deposit when we came back. Then, they told us to cancel the reservation and denied giving us the room keys. If you want to stay here, bring cash for deposit or you will be effortlessly told to cancel the reservation. For deposit, they do not accept credit card or any other means. They do not care about you. They have no intention to feel welcomed to their hotel. THEY WANT CASH. Just CASH. I will definitely not going back to that hotel.

Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast spread was good. Location is near to Maya mall very convenient for some shopping.
