Stay here for budget travel as a family / couple. Extremely cheap rates for incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Hotel rooms very basic but do the job. It’s located right next door to a cafe which has a swimming pool & sun loungers that you can use all day if you order a drink or food, it’s located 2 minutes from 7-Eleven, bars, restaurants, we loved Chiang Mai & so we extended our original 3 night stay to 5 nights. Highly recommend this one.

Got it at a price of 500-600฿. Compared to the price, it's okay. Excellent. There's a refrigerator, a clothes hanger, a dryer, a balcony, the bathroom has plugs, towels, no elevator, not a problem. There are 4 floors, the air conditioner is cool and comfortable. Near Kad Luang, near Tha Phae Gate, near Walking Street. Just that there's no car parking, you can park a motorcycle. It's shady. I like the shower gel & shampoo, the scent of kale is very fragrant. There are slippers to wear in the room. There's a writing desk and TV. It's a cute guesthouse. The housekeeper is cute. Come to fix the bed. The wood under the bed fell off. Let's change rooms. The owner is kind. Near shopping areas and easy to walk to 7-11. It's very easy to go anywhere. That area is a hotspot for foreigners.

I stayed here for three nights as a woman. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was nice. It was in a quiet location so noise wasn't an issue. It was close to Tha Pae Gate so it was easy to access.

The staff was friendly. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

The reception staff were very helpful and the location was great. You can walk to anywhere. The bed mattress wasn't too hard and was comfortable to sleep on.

The location is very good, right next to the ancient city, convenient to go everywhere. The Thai beauty at the front desk speaks Chinese better than the people from Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan in China. Smoking is possible, very convenient. Very good!

The shower head was weird and couldn't be fixed, the shower water was very small, and the room was cleaned several times and the drinking water and towels were leaked.

The application for change was rejected, so we asked Ctrip to help communicate. Ctrip called and emailed the hotel but no one responded. They said they hung up the phone directly, no matter in English, Thai, or Chinese. But because of my own mistake, I thought that it was more than 100 yuan. I would communicate with them myself when I arrived in Chiang Mai. It doesn’t matter if it is not refunded, and it is better to be able to refund. I arrived on the 4th and wanted to change the check-in date to the 7th. They said that the room had been reserved for us. I don’t want to waste time, but I will forget it when I go abroad. We live on the third floor, about 10 meters away from the corridor. The sound insulation is definitely not good. We did say a few words in the corridor, about the terrace in front, but we didn't know if there was a swimming pool, so we went back to the room. Within a minute, the owner or the service staff who lived next door, who was the person who received us at the time, told us to keep the noise down, and we accepted it. The next day, when we came back from outside, the door was blown by the wind and closed with a sound. She still lived next door, and came over and said that many people had complained. In the next few days, we opened the door and could only breathe without any sound. If we kept talking in the corridor, the door would keep ringing for several minutes. We all accepted the opinions. After traveling for so many years, this was the worst experience in a foreign country. No one greeted us when we came back at night, and we could understand that there are people who don't like enthusiasm. They didn't sleep at 9 or 10 o'clock in the evening and chatted, drank, and watched TV outside, so they didn't disturb others. We booked the wrong day on the 7th because we went to Bangkok and stored our luggage here. We came back at almost 10 o'clock in the morning, but there was no service staff, and no one answered the phone. We checked in on the 8th, and came back in the evening to enter the room. When we came back on the 8th, there was a beautiful woman who provided very good service. I am really angry because I said so much. Later, I changed to stay at the Chiang Mai Inn opposite, and the service was very good.

The location is very good, just 300 meters from Tapei, a very comfortable courtyard, quiet, the boss lady is very nice, the price-performance ratio is invincible
