I always stay in SriPat when I'm in Chiang Mai. Great location near the moat, with so much good food and cafes waiting walking distance. Friendly staff, and immaculately clean.

The location is excellent; it's convenient for walking everywhere within the Old City. I love the hotel's style and have stayed here multiple times. It's always a top consideration when I visit Chiang Mai. The ancient Lanna-style hotel is in great condition.

Good, very good, it felt like being in the old city. Restaurants and convenience stores nearby were very handy. My trip to Chiang Mai exceeded my expectations! The climate was pleasant, the facilities were complete, and it offered good value for money.

Overall, it's pretty good, apart from the rather poor Wi-Fi. The main advantage is its convenient location right in the old town, with plenty of places to eat and grab coffee nearby. If the Wi-Fi improves, I'd definitely book again.

Loved the location, could walk almost to all the attractions, it’s inside the old town and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, temples, markets etc. it’s so cuzy, the pool area is really nice and the room has a great size! Would definitely stay there again, very good for the price!

The internet was really bad; I hope they can improve the Wi-Fi. There's a tiny, tiny pool, and the rooms are all in Lanna style, rustic and simple. It's about a ten-minute walk from Tha Phae Gate.

This hotel has a unique Thai charm. You need to take off your shoes before entering the room areas, and the hotel is consistently cleaned, making it very spotless. It's located right next to the old city, which makes it super convenient for exploring. Since it was my first time vacationing in Chiang Mai and my flight was arriving late, I emailed the hotel in advance. They handled all the check-in arrangements smoothly, so there was no delay upon arrival, and I just finalized the check-in process at the front desk the next day. I was extremely satisfied with my first stay at a Thai-style hotel and will definitely be back again.

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The room was neat and tidy and the bathroom was very clean. The pool outside was clean and a perfect temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Not nice nor clean shower room. Housekeeping skipped their job one day, just because. I wouldn't recommend it.

This was my second stay at Sri-Pat guest house. The location is perfect, inside the old city so great for little shops, cafes and restaurants, but very near Tha Pae gate meaning it's also handy for the night bazaar. Other amenities like 7-11s, pharmacy, laundry etc are all very nearby. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are comfortable, with good and quiet air conditioning, in a nice traditional style. There's a small pool in a pleasant setting, although I didn't use it. The staff are friendly and it's quiet at night.

Everything was excellent except for the leaking shower. Everything else great though.

Outstanding location in the heart of the Old City's coolest area. Do try to get a room at the back, one of the ones with folding patio doors and nice little balconies. Rooms near the front lane will be VERY noisy and have definitely seen better days.

The room is clean, has a small balcony. It may be useful if you are a smoker.. The guesthouse doesnt have lift, and the staff doesnt offer help to carry the luggage, so please be aware. I had a train schedule in the evening, and i am allowed to take shower in the shower room near the pool. The location is great, near the market and everywhere basically.

Both the soft and hard facilities are good, but the pricing is opaque. A 'Super Deluxe King Room' was listed as 300 yuan, but the final bill came out to 1082 yuan. I don't understand the discrepancy.
