It's a pleasant hotel and good rooms. Very large size and lots of space. Bathrooms could be better appointed, as the plastic shower curtain was broken and water all over the bathroom was annoying. The location is ok, but far out from old town. The breakfast is not good, with little choice, low quality ingredients, and often items are not replenished quickly and have to wait a long time.

Loveeee the big room and beautiful building with a touch of wood and cultural design. Oh! So beautiful! Location wise could be better but grab is easily to catch. Receptionist and security was very warm from the check in and prompt with communication and help during a little electric cut one night due to storm and heavy rain. Pools was nice and clean, and just needed a quick touch-up with the broken tile as it is a little sharp. A lil feedback to maybe get the netflix and youtube for in-house entertainment. I’ve tried to get it connected but sadly it wasn’t successful. All in all, I enjoyed my stay :))

We had a pleasant stay, everything was clean and tidy. The service is great and I'll highly recommend for the price and location. The only thing you have to becareful is the pool facility which has several broken tiles. These tiles need to be replaced to avoid cuts. Overall, very happy :)

This is my third time staying at this hotel in Chiang Mai. It is very convenient to drive by yourself and there are parking spaces. The rooms are standard Thai-style structures. There are not many people in the off-season and the price is very cheap. It can be seen that the owner has carefully decorated many of the wooden structures.

I didn't have high expectations after reading the reviews, but the floor tiles were falling off. They said they would change the room right away, but my child didn't like the changed room location, so they fixed it, but it fell off the next day, and the tiles next to it fell off by themselves. This is proof that they don't clean properly. Since the other place was too small, I moved, but the hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I liked the common facilities, but it would be good if they did a good job of maintaining and cleaning the facilities.

Very nice, typical local hotel with 2 rooms. I felt very comfortable for 4 days. Beds very hard, but OK. The location is not the best, but there are soup kitchens and a great Chinese restaurant to the left, plus 711 and pharmacies, laundry 7 minutes walk to the left. Grab taxi/bike is a quick and cheap way to get into town. Breakfast a bit boring, sometimes cold. I can recommend it

This is the room I booked for seven friends who went to Chiang Mai. They all responded very well. The hotel has Thai ethnic characteristics. Each room has a living room. It is very close to Thapae Gate and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding tourist attractions.

The hotel service is OK, the hotel is not crowded, the location is too remote, the breakfast is a bit too casual, the coffee quality is very poor, and it is not replenished after drinking. After staying for three days, I immediately moved to the center of the ancient city. The price is exactly the same, but it is much more convenient in all aspects.

A very unique resort hotel with friendly service from the receptionist. The elegant and exquisite design style is unique, the room is spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is very large, with strong hot and cold water, and you can also take a bath, which is amazing. The refrigerator and microwave are very considerate and convenient. Breakfast is a set meal, cooked to order, exquisite and delicious. The swimming pool is super clean and there is convenient parking. The CP value is super high!! The location is relatively remote and quiet enough. There is nothing except the swimming pool. If you like quietness, stay there because you have to find a car when you go out. The location is remote and not very busy. There are few restaurants around. Recommended for people who drive or have motorcycles But the service staff is very kind and friendly, and one of the counter staff can speak Chinese

It is an old hotel, but clean, and has no special amenities. The food is just so-so. There is a convenience store nearby and it is close to the airport.
