Villa Sanpakoi

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, thanks to its Lanna-style decor, which gave us a wonderful taste of Thai culture. The hotel's parking was spacious and very convenient for getting in and out. The breakfast was exquisite. My child wasn't feeling well on the first day, and after informing the staff, they specially prepared a bowl of plain congee for him, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a pool view room. It was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the quiet time, and we even had a few visits from a neighborhood cat! Our family had a fantastic time swimming in the pool; it was very relaxing and enjoyable. When we were checking out, I needed to call the car rental company, but I realized my phone, which was supposed to have a certain amount of talk time, wasn't working. I told the front desk staff, and she kindly used her own phone to make the call for me. I'm very grateful for her help. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Chiang Mai!

This hotel is quite good. The soundproofing against the street noise could be better, though. There aren't many amenities nearby, but the Thai restaurant next door is delicious, and there's a barbecue place a bit further down that's open until 11 PM, which is also decent. Getting around mostly requires taxis, but it's actually quite convenient.

The environment is nice and the location is convenient. The pool water was a bit cold due to the weather.
