Location was OK but only thing, need to climb stairs daily. It's not friendly for old people or with young kids..

Good location, big room, nice for come with family

Cost effectiveness was not good. Entrance door was float 2-3cm from the floor. Not that private room, it’s like room in house. Just From a Korean angle.

We were on an unexpected trip to Chiang Mai and this place got the jobs done!

You need to change your shoes at the reception. Luggage will have to be carried up the stairs. Otherwise everything is quite good

The location is good which is near the mall and have a lot of nice food near by but the floor of the room is clean ,toilet it just a nice size for the room but the bed very dusty I sneeze so many time when I work up in the middle of the night and morning.

Everything is okay, however the heater problem and blackout issues has caused alot of inconvenience

Nice location

Located near Maya Mall and the White market night market. all just a stone throw away. Not to mention its also near Monkey Bikes. a shop where you can rent bikes and explore more of Chiang Mai. Took us a while to find the location tho because they were renovating their front (restaurant) . the path to the hotel is a small passageway to the back. The staff was super friendly, as what you would come to expect from warm and hospitable Thai people. always with a smile on their face. We arrived to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. when we came back. the staff had carried it to our rooms. I know this is something people come to expect from hotels but mind you this is a boutique and small hotel so it was a lovely surprise. the room was comfortable and the bed as 5/5 for us. just envelopes you after a long day of exploring and shopping and eating. tv was big and had the usual smart tv set up. so you can sit was and enjoy the movies and series while having your off day.

It doesn't look like the picture at all! Where's the grass? It's in terrible condition.

The rooms are nice, clean, and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. It's close to tourist attractions.

This is a hotel that I booked in a hurry because I suddenly had to go to Chiang Mai. Since the date was approaching, there weren't many options. The location is in Nimmanhaemin, and it's right in front of the famous restaurant Cheongdoi Kaiyang, so it was great! It's only a 5-minute walk to Wonnimman. The entrance to the lobby is narrow, so it might be confusing, but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming! There's a small bathroom that's embarrassing to call a pool? The room is spacious and clean, so it wasn't bad to use alone! The bathroom door in the room I was in didn't close tightly, so it was a bit awkward 🤣 I think cleanliness is very important, and in that sense, it was okay because there were no bugs and it was clean!! The best part is the location!

Pay ten thousand won more and go somewhere else.
