It Was really nice for the price. On the quieter side out the front of hotel. We were on 3rd floor, Aircon worked well, no elevator, staff where nice and friendly, did our washing for us 60B for per kg, room cleaned everyday, gave us water and toilet paper everyday. Had a fridge and tv. Shower water took a while to get hot and didn’t stay very hot also not a lot of water pressure.
We stayed during songkran and it was great as we weren’t in the midst of it when we left our hotel.
It was only 25 min walk to night bazaar markets and night area. 5 min drive. Would definitely stay there again at the price!
Overall very tidy and clean, facilities okay and very good for the price.

Very nice hotel, great room and facilities (especially the Aircon).
Our flight wasn't until later in the day, yet they let us leave our bags there free of charge. Very nice staff and very accommodating

Friendly staff. My room was ok but very noisy.. people talling loud upstairs..and by street side also.i guess for couples of nights. Temples visit in rhe area & cafes nearby

I didn't expect the hotel to be so good as I paid a small amount of money for a night. Everything just exceeded my expectations - in-room amenities, room space, location, staff... Everything was just on point. I would rate it 10 out of 10 and I would definitely come back if I ever consider getting an accommodation in Chiang Mai.
