Spacious room. Close to Kalare Night market. Some staffs don't understand english but that's not a problem. Check in /check out was easy. I will stay here again if I visit Chiang Mai.

It's a mansion, so it's a bit old. If you drop food, ants come out. The water pressure is good, and the air conditioner is old. The bed is good, but it's not bad considering it's cheap.

It is located just a short walk from the Night Bazaar, behind the Hong Pin Tower Hotel. The room is spacious and it seems to have been a condominium. The TV reception was poor, so I asked for it to be adjusted, and they replaced it with a new LCD TV. The staff are also friendly. When I asked about the monthly cost, I was told that it was 10,000 baht for full service and 6,500 baht without full service. One thing to note is that music can be heard from the Night Bazaar until late at night. It may be better to specify the direction of the room when making a reservation.

It's a serviced apartment, so it's primarily for long-term residents. Almost no English is spoken, so it's a bit of a struggle, but once you get used to it, it's strangely fun. Once you've resigned yourself to the fact that no one speaks English, you have to use gestures and Japanese (lol). It's funny to see how we're always smiling at each other even though we can't communicate. The room is quite spacious and the bed is big. There's a sofa. There's a big fridge (no water provided), a dressing table, and a closet, and the windows are big and the view is decent. Amenities include shampoo, body soap, and toothpaste tubes. The towels are cheap and full of hair (lol). My room didn't have one, but some rooms have balconies (my room was spacious). There's an elevator. There's no dining facilities. Water and juice are sold on the first floor, but they're very expensive, so I don't recommend it. They will do your laundry if you ask. I think it's about 30-40 baht per kg? It's located a few minutes from the night bazaar. There is a karaoke or disco next to the Pongping Hotel at night, so if you can't stand that, you might want to avoid staying there. I recommend this hotel for people who want to have a slightly different experience than the usual hotels you stay in for sightseeing. The room was very comfortable. It was a pleasant stay for me.
