Run down hotel outside of Chiang Mai old town. Feels like everything is rotting away but they do keep it clean at least

Ok, near airport good

The room is spacious but old. The hot water is not very warm. There are no amenities. Only water. You can borrow a hair dryer at the front desk. It's great that they are at the front desk 24 hours a day! It's not too far from the airport, and there is a mall and a convenience store nearby.
