Good location : near 7-11，KFC,massage , restaurants, shopping mall, white market Clean room but my friend who requested a no. Smoking was give a room full of cigarette smell I booked a room with Mountain View and this is the actual view I got🙃 According to hotel description , free mini bar available but 😅actually only 2 bottle of water and soft drinks

Basic clean room and amenities. Near to airport and old city.

Great hotel in a great location. Only gripe is they wanted 400 bath for an early check in. The room was ready. Otherwise all good.

Although the building is old, the inside and rooms are kept clean and comfortable. Considering the price, I felt that this was a very good value hotel.

Hotel is kind of old but the room is newly renovated..big, bright, clean room. Helpful staffs , as well. You can store your luggage with them, after checking out. They even helped me to get a tuk tuk to bus station when all other ride apps failed to get me a car. Will come back if I'm staying in old town.

Location is very good, breakfast buffet is good.

We love this spot in Chiangmai and this hotel was perfect for us. It is very comfortable and feels very private. We ended up staying almost 2 weeks because we were so much more comfortable here than anywhere else. There are several restaurants within walking distance, lots of massage places, and 711s for anything else you might need. Rooms are very spacious and there is also cable TV. The staff is also so kind and helpful. This is a favorite for us.

Nice location, there's a night market nearby. They changed towels and refilled toiletries everyday.

3 minutes walk to Pattaya central beach. In the heart of entertainment district still quiet environment. Though linens were a bit aged and spotted, it was not a big issue for me as I spent most of the the outside. Have a swimming pool on 8th floor but I haven’t used or seen it

This hotel is a little jewel. The rooms are big the service is great and the hotel is bright and in a wonderful location. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and welcomed.

I stayed 5 nights at room 301 in total by extending twice, because it is so peaceful and a good location to explore ChiangMai. It's close to local markets, restaurants, bars and so on. I could not find any other hotel with the good price. It is recently renovated so clean and comfy, but the shower is not powerful to shampoo. it was fixed after I reported it. Staffs were so kind and showed me other rooms when I first arrived, I'll definitely come back.

The overall hygiene is OK, but there are stains on the sheets. The overall environment and location of the hotel are very good, exceeding expectations

During this free trip to Chiang Mai, I stayed in hotels in the east, south, west and north of the ancient city. I personally think that the West Hotel (North of the City) is the most cost-effective. The price is not high, the hotel environment is good, there are two great restaurants around, one is a Michelin restaurant, and the other is a simple meal. There is a vegetable market nearby, and life is very convenient. If there is another time, I will choose the West Hotel again. Although the setting is a little simple, it can meet the needs of daily life.

It was a shame that the shower was a little weak, but considering the location and price, I think it was a good value hotel. I stayed here to participate in the Khom Loi, and the shuttle took me to the Mercure Hotel where I was staying in about 15 minutes, but I couldn't catch a Grab on the way back, so I walked home.
