The hotel has a lot of charm. There is nice art. The worker at the desk was very polite. The amount of space was great. The furnishings were also quite nice. My only big problem with the hotel is the disgustingly dirty floors. I don't think they get scrubbed. To take a shower and walk barefoot on the tiles is to get dirty feet. The courtesy sandals were too small for me to wear. I think if they just scrubbed the tiles i would have given cleanliness a 5. The restaurant is only good for breakfast. The bathroom had no lights in the stall. Also there was no handsoap. There are better places for breakfast nearby. Across the street there is a good place for massage and numerous inexpensive restaurants are also nearby. It was a quiet room but the view was very poor.

Location is excellent, close to lots of great restaurants and shops. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very outdated and very simple rooms with uncomfortable mattresses. The pool is not heated and was freezing cold but it is nice for sitting out and getting a tan.

Great location and excellent service, nice swimming pool and spacious comfortable rooms,check in super friendly and easy with Ann at reception. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location inside the city centre. The receptionist was gently and helpful. Hotel not the best for cleaning and there was all time feeling of dust in the room and in the hotel, that had old furniture

Well located to visit the old town. Quiet room with all the basic things we needed. We like the pool for a little dip in the afternoon. We had an issue with water pressure in the shower, they fixed it right away when we told them in the morning.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai, and walking distance to all the nearby temples etc, also nice places to eat and drink literally opposite. Hot water in the room too which is always great! The biggest downfall is this hotel is a bit gross, the cleaning standards aren’t very high at all. It’s a very old hotel and could do with some love and a refurb but as things go it’s not terrible.

The hotel on picture looks good and beautiful but in actual fact when we reached there it was an old hotel. Every things were worn out. The service was very bad. When we report that the door could not be lock, the person at the reception was not helpful at all and did nothing to solve the problems. I was very disappointed with their response and careless attitude. I will never book this hotel again. once beaten twice shy!

awful experience. breakfast was not buffet as announced, it was just coffee, 2 egg and rice everyday. the room was not cleaned 1 day and had to claim for it. usually no stuff at reception. hotel facilities old and not clean. swimming pool and gym are not nice as in pictures. I feel absolutely scammed
