Had the opportunity to stay while looking for a dormitory for my child. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, close to places to eat. The owner takes good care of it.

Fresh after university, food is easy to find early in the morning, the housekeeping is a bit noisy, the accommodation is not deep in the alley, the room is just the right size, the bathroom is a mirror, the light in the vent makes the light entering the room directly to the bed too bright.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. Located opposite Chiang Mai University. Lots of cafes and street food around. In the next house 7/11.
The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful.
I needed to extend my room for 2 days. There were no free rooms of my class, I was moved to a room with better conditions at the same price. For which many thanks to the manager.
