    This hotel is a good choice for me since I have trips to Chiang Mai during this year. The room rate is super. I can book the room in the price that least than 1000 baht during the week day. My room is very space more than 31 Sq.m. The hotel facilities are operated. The hotel top roof is good atmosphere. The quality of sleep is very good. The room was provided good set of coffee set with 2 complementary bottals of water. The restroom has shower room Separate with Bath Tab. Amenities is completed with Shower caps, Soap Bar, Shampoo, Shower Bath Gel and that Hair Dryer. There are 2 Bathrobes in the carbinet. The view from my room is the city view. There is close to Chiang Mai Hip Street named Nimarnhemin Road where are placed with many good hotels, restaurants, shopping malls and etc. to enjoy your day. The parking lots is enough for all hotel guests' car. Next time, I will book this hotel again.

    I was upgraded to stay in one of their Suite Rooms - exceptionally spacious for a solo traveller. The property had an aged smell, but was very well-maintained nonetheless. Staff were generally pleasant, except for a lady (not sure if she was the in-charge on one of the days) who rejected my request for assistance to get some cash (to be charged to my room) as I needed it to pay the LINEMAN rider who was delivering my food (due to a failed QR payment) - I had to run up and down the property as a result of said staff’s ignorance and poor customer service as she offered no alternative solutions and just left me on my own.
