Fantastic stay with a very welcoming family. Good clean accommodation just outside the city walls that offers breakfasts and some of the best coffee that we have ever tasted. Would definitely return in the future if we visit Chiang Mai again.

Jimmy and Jeng have created a lovely little homestay that is calm and relaxing but within easy sauntering distance of the historic centre. They are so friendly and helpful plus have perfect English and great coffee. Thank you both, very happy to recommend you to travellers.
