The hotel's cleanliness was decent, and the beds were quite soft. We booked for three people, and one bed was a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a bit firmer, which actually made it more comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was just okay: the cutlery, especially the forks, often wasn't clean, which happened two out of three days. The noodle soup was good, and the fruit was also nice, including rambutan. The yogurt was quite tasty. The check-in service was alright. They charge a 1000 deposit every night, and everything in the minibar is chargeable. The hotel also offers room service and bicycle rentals if you book in advance, which is a nice touch. For getting around, we mostly took taxis. The nearby 7-Eleven is a bit far, so if you like to visit a 7-Eleven every night before returning to the hotel, it's not very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to Warorot Market and the Chang Klan Night Bazaar. The staff speak a little Chinese, so communication wasn't a problem. I highly recommend Sense Massage right across the street – it was incredibly relaxing!

The room isn't actually small, but the bathroom is. The facilities are quite new. It's an 8-minute walk to 7-Eleven, so the location is decent, though not as good as a Marriott. At around 1100, it's probably not the best value for money.

Perfect for families with kids! It's super clean, the play facilities are extensive, and the rooms are incredibly spacious!!

I paid over 800 baht per night, which is not cheap for Chiang Mai. After the first night, I was so underwhelmed I almost wanted to switch hotels. How do I put it? The room wasn't on a high floor, and the hallway and elevator ceilings were quite low, making it feel more like a guesthouse in ***. They say it's a new hotel, opened within the last two years, but the in-room facilities were a bit disappointing. The toilet and shower in the bathroom couldn't compare to boutique hotels in the same price range back home. The service was acceptable. There are no convenience stores nearby, and besides bars, no late-night food stalls. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate. At this price point, I wouldn't recommend it; around 600 baht would be more acceptable.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel; I was here two years ago as well. However, I won't be returning. The experience was just mediocre, not as good as before, and the service lacked warmth. The facilities are still the same. The air conditioning in the room was blasting; it was so cold when I entered that I had to turn it off and wait a bit to adjust. It's located in a bustling area with a whole street of hotels, so it's very lively.

We booked this hotel with friends, and they also received the beautifully arranged zoo-themed towel art from the hotel, which made the girls really happy!
