Na BaanYa Chiang Mai

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The place is beautiful and clean, location is very good (possible to walk to the old town and to markets and restaurants) and breakfast was very good. Asian and western options. If you're vegan there's fruit, some veggies, bread and jam. And just ask for some alternative milk that the staff will arrange for you :) the staff was absolutely amazing, everyone is super sweet and kind. The bedroom was a bit small but the bed was very confortable, shower was great and it was very silent so we could sleep very well. We also had a nice little balcony to hang our towels and some clothes. They refill the water everyday in glass bottles which is amazing and super eco friendly! We've stayed in a lot of hotels and all of them always have plastic bottles so we were really happy when we saw the glass reusable bottles!!! There's a room/library where we could work and outside there's also a nice place with a table and chairs to work or chill. Happily this is a non smoking hotel so this is also a plus! Important information: there is no elevator but they kindly help to bring the luggage upstairs 🙏 For us it was all perfect! Thanks for everything!

Stayed 3 nights in Na baan ya at beginning of December 2022. The location was great for us. Customer service is absolutely excellent, got lunch boxes prepared 2 times because we couldn’t attend to breakfast due to early start of tours around Chiang Mai. Booking of tours were done by staff and recommendations about local activities were given freely and honest - what they told us was found in reality as well. The hotel is clean, relatively quite and fairly new. If though we never attended breakfast, it looked like there is a lot to choose from! We would come back and definitely recommend staying here!

Nice quiet location in walking distance from everything. Walked to the river, night bazaar, all around the walled city area and within... although did havebicycles i ciuld use, but prefer to walk. Only transport needed to Doi Suthep. Lovely staff, rooms, hotel dogs and breakfast.

If you like friendly service and the nicest receptionist you have ever met, then I recommend this hotel. We was the only two guests and she made sure we was fully looked after. The hotel is in a good location and would recommend others to stay here.
