Staff is lovely. Breakfast delicious. Everything super clean and the location is handy. Definitely recomended!

Clean accommodation, shady atmosphere. Near the walking street, near Tha Phae Gate, convenient travel, very good service, cheap price, recommend. There is breakfast provided as well.

It is a traditional courtyard with Chiang Mai characteristics. There are many cute dolls in the front desk and garden, and the rooms also have small cultural decorations. Breakfast is simple but pleasantly presented. On a quiet side street but easy to walk.

The old house is magical. There is no refrigerator in the room, no TV, but the location must allow him at a reasonable price.

The location is amazing, and it would be even better with a bit more maintenance. It serves as an excellent starting point for exploring both the city and its surroundings. While we didn't interact much with the staff, they were available when needed.

A great, non assuming, place right in the middle of old city Chiang Mai. Room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and booked a couple of excursions and a cooking class. All of them were great. Breakfast was good if not varied. All in all a great, inexpensive option

An amazing place, full of plants, the hotel embedded in the plants. Very atmospheric and unique design, wonderful place. Staff very helpful and always smiled. Unique design in the rooms, mosquito nets over the beds, traditional Thai furniture.
