Right across from the hotel is a McDonald's, which is super convenient. There's also a daily night market just opposite, where I'd go every day to grab some snacks and souvenirs. The hotel also offers elephant painting, which is a fantastic activity for families with kids!

The service was excellent! Especially Ya Por and Wan, they went above and beyond for us! The quality and service are truly top-notch. I would definitely come back here. Initially, I wasn't happy with our room, but the issue was resolved immediately, and we got a fantastic room.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center. Grab drivers can find it easily, so there's no long wait for transportation. The room is well-equipped and very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!

The room is huge and the location is great. It was heart of the city that u can walk around. There are some restaurant and bars around. We stay there almost during Songkarn festival.

Old hotel that has been refurbishes. Ac is noisy, cold but can not be controlled, cant even switch off. Location is ok. Suite room big, but bathroom... too small wish they refurbish that too
