The environment is indeed very good, with the charm of the ancient city em-Because of traveling with children, there will be a bit noisy during the period. I hope to be more tolerant to the children. The resort hotel is indeed a place for people to relax, but it is not a place where children are confined. If I totally approve and enforce the prohibition of making noise after ten o’clock in the evening, it would be too harsh to speak quietly during the rest of the time. The front desk with a designated grade ran over at every turn to signal us to lighten it. Wouldn't this affect the mood of my guest. Besides! The hotel is cleaning the room from 12 to 2 o'clock every day. The sound of vacuuming is loud! ! Doesn't this affect the normal nap children's work and rest? After a while, cleaning is not provided, and the customer first is a bit weak. There are many foreign guests in ps hotel, but few Chinese guests. In fact, I am still a bit dissatisfied, but overall it is not bad. The environment likes the room and the pool as well!

Spent 3 wonderful nights here as our base for a couple little day trips. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were firm, clean, and offered a good nights rest. The grounds are so nice and peaceful, a nice respite from a busy town. The pool was clean and clear and pretty large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant/bar is adjacent to the pool so everything was very convenient. The service was excellent and the staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. One can’t ask for more from a hotel stay. On a couple side notes, just outside the property to the left as you exit there is a small tailor shop (Mr. Armani) and next door is a little clothing shop selling typical thai pants that you see pretty much everywhere. Jasmine, The niece of Mr. Armani works at the small shop and is also a travel guide. Her English is perfect and she would be a great choice for a guide. A short walk up the street that is perpendicular to the street the hotel is on is a fantastic night market area. (exit the hotel to the left, then make the first right walk maybe 100 meters). Lots to see and more stalls than you can count. We found a small bar and could order food (we had Indian) in and have a cocktail. See the picture for the name. All things considered Yaang Come is perfect and located very well, close to everything you need!

We were a group of 5 friends and we were super comfortable. Bed and sofa bed very comfortable. The pool is a lot. But cleaning is paid (500b). No reception. The girl who sells the excursions is the girl who gives you the key and don't give you any information. We were still super good. Very good location. Just on the street of Night Bazar.

The hotel is small and cozy. It is very close to the night market. The staff can speak Chinese and the boss is very nice👍I even gave him a coconut to drink haha. The breakfast is not rich, but the taste is pretty good. The noodles are better than those in five-star hotels. 😋

Needed a place in Chiang Mai for 4 nights. Didn't care about luxury but didn't want the cheapest place I could find either. Came across this on Agoda and thought it might be worth a try. It's 150 Baht ride from The Chiang Mai Airport. I arrived Check in Was quick and easy. The room is immaculate. Small but very clean. Great bed flat screen TV many many channels. The air condition is fantastic. It's a hostile but it also has. Individual rooms Which is what I booked. It's unbelievable value. 22.50 a night. They don't advertise free breakfast. But they have a common area just behind reception. With a big screen TV and it's got a full kitchen that everybody is welcome to use. If you clean up after yourself, they have all the utensils. They do have a small breakfast in the morning, which is free to everybody who stays here. Although they don't advertise. It waffles cereal coffee tea toast. Basic But very nice. They also have four or five bicycles that are available free of charge to use which is a tremendous perk. There are a couple of negatives but based on the value for money. I can work around them. Number one no room safe number two When you take the key card out when you leave the room the refrigerator also loses electricity. First I've seen this most hotels I've stayed at. Had the refrigerator socket wired to stay hot, even when the key card was out. And it would be nice if they had a chair. In the room nothing fancy just a basic chair. Should I find myself in Chiang Mai again? I will definitely use this hotel again. The staff here are very very friendly. From the reception to the room cleaners everyone always smiling willing to help out answer any questions. Making sure everybody has a nice day. I can't recommend this place enough.

Lovely facility just steps from the heart of town. We had only one night there but wished we had booked it for the other. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us find activity in the countryside that we could undertake without participation in a group tour. Even went so far as to type up notes on a full page of paper with suggestions for activity as well as local coffee shops along the way in the countryside for us. Room was fantastic overlooking the pool with all amenities and even a pillow menu to choose from. Parking immediately below the hotel and simply a beautiful pool, hot tub, courtyard, and bar within the center of the hotel. The place has an interesting history and story stemming from the owner's family line. Again, great location for night market, restaurants, and access along the river. Great facility and great staff - highly recommended.
