1. When booking, there is no note to write to me, whether you want a double bed or a double bed. I didn't care about this until the front desk said that I didn't write this note when I checked in, so they didn't reserve a double bed for me, so when I wanted to move for three consecutive days, he said that I would move twice The room was finally coordinated and waited, and it took him half an hour to get us a twin room without moving the room. Friends who book in the future, remember to write a note, or don't book this kind of hotel with double beds and double beds randomly arranged. 2. The sound insulation is very poor. The person next door sneezed on the balcony. I closed the balcony glass window and could hear it clearly in the room. 3. The light in the cloakroom cannot be turned off. It can only be covered with a black curtain, but the light can still shine through the gap. 4. The place where the shower gel is placed in the bathroom is very narrow. 5. There are fried eggs on the breakfast menu, but the default is sun eggs, so if you have a friend who wants to eat hard-boiled eggs, remember to tell him boiled egg. 5. There are 2 swimming pools which are nice. 6. The attitude of the service staff is very good, the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants. 7. Serve only brunch, not dinner.

I visited Chiang Mai for a few days. The Valentier Cafe and Hotel was a great choice as it is near many places of interest. The street the hotel is on is quiet and has many interesting cafes and restaurants. It's in a cool neighborhood in Old Chaing Mai. The room was super cozy and comfortable. AC worked very well and was super quiet. The hotel has a pool perfect for families with small children. I definitely recommend the Valentier Cafe and Hotel

I am very satisfied with this hotel that I chose blindly on Ctrip. The location is very good and close to the attractions. It is not far from the Maya shopping mall on Nimman Road. The room is very clean, the breakfast is rich, and the boss is very nice. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Chiang Mai. Would stay here again!

Chiang Mai Ancient City
I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

Excellent two night stay in this adorable boutique hotel located inside the old city. Beds were very, very comfortable. We stayed in the heritage house jr suite and our teen daughters stayed in a deluxe king room. Both rooms were spacious and wonderful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent!! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite. I had an excellent foot massage at the spa. We also participated in two OUTSTANDING tours (Northern Highlights and Chiang Mai CityTemples). My only regret is we didn’t have time to enjoy the gorgeous pool. We would stay here again.

Not a very popular hotel, it was a little tangled to see so few reviews, it turns out that this hotel is still very good. Next to the Chiang Mai Gate, facing the main road, the appearance is better than the pictures. There are rice plantains and rambutan in the lobby that can be taken for free. It is set to be a deluxe king-size room. Although it faces the street, the room has double-glazed soundproofing, which also distinguishes the living room and bedroom space. There is a separate bath room in the room, separated from wet and dry, but the window of the bath room does not have curtains. I talked to the young lady at the front desk and helped me to block the paper. The hotel has an elevator, and there are probably four or five rooms on the inner floor. When I first arrived in the room, I noticed a little stain on the slippers and bed sheets. The front desk changed it quickly. The slippers were very comfortable. Especially worth mentioning is the breakfast. The front desk will confirm with you the breakfast the next day. There are four choices, including porridge, fresh shrimp wonton, American and Thai. The dining place is a coffee shop which is open to the outside world. It is small but beautiful. In addition to the selected set meal, there are bread, milk juice, fruit coffee tea can be taken for free, freshly ground coffee is really good.
