It was a great hotel with awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Location was fantastic, across roads were Maya mall and infront hotel was one Ninman. White market bazaar was nearby and good for late night shopping. We stayed for 3 nights, overall a great stay, swimming pool was under renovation, didn't manage to access it and it was a great pity but they offered alternatives. Housekeeping service could be better improvised as they didn't manage to replenish the bath lotion after 1st night.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the hotel over the New Years holiday. The staff at check-in was friendly as expected in Thailand. The hotel lobby furniture was slightly oversized for its space as we had to walk around it to get to the elevator. Our room was comfortable and large enough for our two moderately sized suite cases. We booked a room with breakfast, which was one of the best we have had at a hotel. We each got to order a couple dishes off the menu, which were excellently presented and tasted excellent. Additionally, there was a buffet with pastries, fruits, etc. Unfortunately, due to our early schedule two of the days we could not get the hot breakfast. On our last morning they provided a packed breakfast, which was a sandwich and other less memorable food. The hot breakfast was the most memorable thing for us about the hotel. I did also like the room design. In terms of hotel location, it is fairly central with shopping malls and restaurants a 5 – 10 minute walk away. We found traffic to be really slow around New Years with lots of Thais. This was my second time to Chiang Mai with my first trip in July over a decade ago. During both trips we had a friend who lives in Chiang Mai drive us around. I would say traffic during our first trip was not memorable, unlike at New Years. This made getting to the hotel from the main street slow and it may be better to pickup taxi/grab/ride on a main street. It may also be worth checking out when busy times are in Chiang Mai to have a more enjoyable trip.

I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

I came there with my family in December 2015. The view from our room was great (we booked 3 rooms) and the rooms were clean. This hotel is best for relaxation as the area is very quiet. Breakfast was delicious too, but they didn't specify the name of the food (it was a bit difficult for us to identify halal food). Another problem was that there were no restaurants or (similar to 7-11 convenience stores) shops nearby (the nearest restaurant takes 10-15 minutes to walk). Besides that, the overall experience was great.

I didn't use it cos the non-white color scared me 😅 a bit. Socket are not designed to be user friendly 😅 Will consider come again next time if the price is reasonable. Enjoy my stay at Eastin.

Finally I have time to take my whole family abroad for a holiday. I selected it online for a long time and finally decided to live in this villa. The decoration of the room is amazing, warm and comfortable, but also very luxurious. The various decorations are very exquisite, and the space is super Big. There are six beds that can accommodate eight people, and there is also a very nice private swimming pool, like swimming at any time, and there is a baby pool, which is so sweet. At the same time, the bed in the bedroom is super comfortable, and it is very comfortable to lie on. I can sleep very well, the location is great, and there is a shopping mall nearby which is super convenient for shopping.
