Wow… where do I even begin. Firstly the hotel exteriors are beautiful. The pool is serene, the designs are lovely and traditional Thai style. The rooms are spacious with a large bed. Very quiet and great sleep even though we were jet lagged. Breakfast is superb, lots of choices even for vegetarians and vegans like us. The location is superb, less than 10 minutes from the airport, right by the old city, walking distance to a couple of night markets. The best part of our stay was the Loy Krathong festivities. We were lucky to be there during the period this year. In the morning the hotel would provide free Krathong making activities with delicious Thai snacks and desserts and in the evening provided food, music, the lucky draw, lantern decorations, and all the Loy Krathong activities. Where we felt the service went above and beyond was during this evening party. We had come to Chiang mai to see our Thai side of our family including our 90 year old grandma who is in a wheelchair. She’s been sick for a while. She as well as our two other family members were allowed to participate and eat and dance for free of charge even though they didn’t have to do that. Furthermore the staff made sure that she had a great time - we haven’t seen yai (Thai word for grandma) this happy in so long especially since she got sick. She was dancing and smiling in the wheelchair! The lady who MC’d as well as the security guard went above and beyond. And all the staff there (there were tens of them!) even waved in a line as her car left. The other members of the family said that we must come back here next year for Loy Krathong so that’s what we will do. Thank you again to all the staff. You made the stay very special, made my family feel emotional.

Chiang Mai Airport
This is supposed to be a 4 start hotel but would say it is a 3 star. The staff barely speak english. Whilst it is close to the airport and Central Plaza Shopping Mall, there is nothing else near. You will need a taxi to get around. The airport offered a free transfer from the airport but failed to turn up and no one understood us when we complained and then they charged us for the return back to the airport. The room was OK but quite dark. Bed was firm. There was a fridge in the room which was helpful. Plenty of spaced to hang your things. Also a top that ran under the window and gave plenty of space for toiletries and small items. To get to the dinning room you had to come down to ground floor and cross by the swimming pool and up some stairs. Most food geared up to Thai people althought he lady there was very helpful in sorting me out with food as I am a vegetarian. The hotel was not noisy however if you are a light sleeper then dont get a room on the front. I had to wear earplugs. Swimming pool is right by reception ???!!! This hotel is ok for a short stay but not 2 weeks holiday

Chiang Mai Airport
I stayed at the hotel for a couples of days. The hotel was very near to the airport it is 5-10 mins drive. Next to the hotel there is a shopping mall ( central airport chiangmai) you can pretty much get everything from there. Talking about the room, reception were a bit slow as there was only one working she have to run up and down. The room were large and equipped. By equipped i mean the room was provided with every need from stove, pan knife, rice cooker basically all the kitchen tool you might ever asked for. You can buy grocery and cook in your room. There is even a wifi in the room. Toilet groceries were provided. And the room clean between session is good. Love it. Recommended to anyone who wanted to stay. Will go back again soon !!

The room is spacious, not uncomfortable, separate bathroom, clean. Inside the building is bright. There are snacks for sale. The bed is wide and comfortable, not too high.

Chiang Mai Airport
This hotel is really amazing! I regret why I did n’t live here at the beginning, it was close to the airport, and the hotel had airport transfer service (150 baht). When I first arrived in Chiang Mai, I lived at the night zoo, and it was outside the city, but I did n’t expect that Thailand ’s transportation is so inconvenient. I have to take a taxi to and from the city every time (one way 200 ~ 300 baht). I knew that this hostel should be booked from the beginning. You can lock the luggage and pull the curtains. It's not worse than the hotel

Chiang Mai Airport
Because the itinerary is changed for a night in the temporary hotel, the hotel is very close to Chiang Mai Airport, there are also shopping malls nearby, the location is good, that is, the room 201 is actually full of big bugs and small bugs, and the pillows are all bugs crawling out. Changed a room in the middle of the night, and the result was scared by the bugs and didn't sleep for one night. There is also the hotel elevator actually does not go to the floor of the room, and also climb the stairs with luggage. Overall bad review. It is the location and service can also
