Most of the hardware facilities are good, but the trash cans in the room and toilet are too small. The overall atmosphere is great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast tastes good too. The pool is also great. The free bicycle rental service is also very good, but it is recommended to pay more attention to the brake problem. The brakes of some bicycles feel a bit loose. The location is very good, quiet and quiet. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was the attitude of the staff. I had paid all the housing payments online in advance, but I was asked to pay an additional deposit of 2,000 baht on site, which shocked us. I have stayed in so many hotels and I have never been asked to pay a deposit. Although the staff was still very polite, what we felt was insincerity and even a bit contemptuous. The staff said they were afraid that we would damage the facilities in the room, so they needed to pay a security deposit, which would be returned to us after we checked out. We still gave us 2,000 yuan, but it caused us inconvenience because we had to go directly to the airport to leave Thailand after checking out, so returning us 2,000 yuan in cash after checking out was very troublesome for us and took up time on our trip. in budget. So the next day we told the staff that please return the cash to us. We can temporarily swipe the card instead. However, when we checked out on the last day, they said that we could not swipe the money back. We need to withhold the two thousand yuan and wait for 14 days. If there is no problem It will be brushed back. We don’t understand again here. If cash can be refunded immediately, why do you have to wait 14 days to swipe a card? We understand that tourists from a certain country may have caused losses to the hotel, which led to your reaction, but it is really uncomfortable for us to face the guests with a suspicious or even contemptuous attitude. Although the staff was very polite and tried their best when explaining Keep smiling, but we can feel the insincerity and discrimination underneath the smile.

Chiang Mai Ancient City Chiang Mai|0.16km from Wat Chedi Luang
I traveled in Thailand for a week because I had to go to Pattaya on the way, so the trip to Chiang Mai was cut into two accommodations. The Yokti Hotel was booked for the first two days First of all, the location is in the ancient city, so there is no inconvenience. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is opposite to a school. It is clean on holidays or weekends. Students may be noisy in class on weekdays. Speaking of the environment, because it is a new hotel, all the facilities are very new, the TV Samsung bathroom toilet is heated, and there are various charging plugs, the water pressure in the bath is also very large, and the room is still relatively newly decorated after all. Basically I can’t see the worms. I took my daughter to travel, so I was very particular about hygiene. I read the reviews on various platforms and finally chose this one. Besides, because of the new hotel, there is no other hotel’s breakfast buffet with so many varieties. It is still based on set meals. There is a large plate of fruit and bread and milk orange juice yogurt. This kind of breakfast is rich enough for normal people. At the same time, this mode is good for For the store, it is also the most cost-effective. If you wake up early, the hotel can also prepare a take-out breakfast. Then the hotel’s mineral water and banana mangosteen are free to eat. The fruits may be adjusted according to the season. There are also some snacks. Although the itinerary is only two days, the overall feeling is still very good. The swimming pool of the hotel is also very small and fresh. It is very comfortable to swim at noon with a cradle. In addition, the hotel is also equipped with a small yellow car at the entrance for personal travel.

This is a very nice little Boutique Hotel in a very central location within the Old City. On Sundays , you can just step out of the hotel to the Sunday Walking Street Market! Despite being a Busy Street on the weekends , inside the hotel , it is relatively quiet and peaceful. You can easily Grab to and from this hotel. Upon check in, staff are warm and friendly. Check in was a breeze and we were introduced to the room personally and the special hotel app whereby you can send in your requests 24-7. Hotel also offers 2 free drinks from the mini bar daily. Room is spacious and well appointed. Stayed in room 207 with balcony and pool view. Breakfast can be ordered to the room or at the cafe which is semi buffet style. You may order any set from the menu and have bread , fruit , cereal , salad and juices from the buffet bar. Food quality is alright. There is a gym which faces the street outside with free bicycles for guests use. There is a spa within the hotel but I did not try that. Found a very good spa just 2 shops beside the hotel. Zenza Spa offers awesome massage in a very clean and relaxing environment ! Went back there 3 days in a row! Look for May or Ann at Zenza, they are so friendly and professional! Now the not so good part… my room 207 is on the 2nd floor and need to climb up 2 small flights of stairs to reach the room. There is no bath tub within the room. Hence if you have kids or elderly travelling with you, it is recommended to go for the pool access rooms on the ground floor. The wifi in the room seems a bit weak and kept getting disconnected . Pillows are a bit too soft and there is no pillow menu for selection of pillows. Towels seems a bit old and yellowish too even though they are changed daily. It’s a good and well appointed hotel but definitely not a 5 * luxury boutique hotel. However for the rate we paid for , it is reasonable.

Chiang Mai Ancient City
The hotel is in the ancient city of Chiang Mai. Let’s talk about the advantages first. It is very clean and similar to a homestay. There are cafes on the first floor and guest rooms on the second floor. There are only a few rooms. You have to take off your shoes when you go upstairs. To the north of the hotel, it is just 10 minutes away from the airport. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There is a delicious restaurant opposite the hotel, which is much better than the hotel itself, and the price is affordable! The front desk does not speak Chinese but only English. Fortunately, the translation software is very powerful and communication is barrier-free. Because what we reported in Chiang Mai are all day trips, we have to go out at 7 or 8 o'clock. The hotel breakfast is a bit late at 8-10 o'clock. It is a perfect miss. The hotel can only make sandwiches in advance for three days. This is a comparison. I'm sad. In addition, the shower head in the hotel only has a shower head and is fixed, which cannot be removed. It is depressing and inconvenient to bring a baby. The bed was comfortable and clean. This is everything for me personally.

I would like to recommend this hotel very much because the boss of this hotel is very kind and hearty and give me very great help when I met trouble. I rented a motorcycle in Chiang Mai for one day. My plane took off the next morning early so I prepare return the motorcycle that day night. But the motorcycle store closed when I arrived because of the heavy rain, and I could not wait for the store open next morning because of the plane. I had no way to get my deposit back. At the moment I asked the boss of the hotel for help, and she and her son were very helpful, they had overcome many difficulties and done a lot of work and took my deposit back in the end. They are kind, responsible and enthusiastic. So if you have chance to go to Chiang Mai, please have a good night in this hotel--Namamema. It near by the Wat Chedi Luang, it is very convenient. I thank the boss again for her help and God bless you!

We wanted to stay through Jan.1 at our original luxury hotel, but we could not at the time of booking, nor, was there a vacancy during our stay. We looked at google maps and tried all of the places closest. No vacancies. We found this budget hotel that had ONE room left! It is in walking distance to Three Kings Monument, Phra Singh, and other Old City venues, massage spas, etc. Estia has a cottage feeling, like a hotel in rural Europe with Thai surroundings. Everything was clean, large bathroom, hot water, the usual soaps and shampoos. bring your own conditioner and shavers. We always bring our own just in case, but sometimes these budget hotels will give you them if you ask. The wifi was strong. The TV had the usual Thai channels with a few in English. The gardens were sweet with lots of flowers. The pool is clean and more lounge chairs than at some luxury hotels! The indoor dining area is large for groups and you can sit outside but it might not be convenient for toasting bread etc. We only ate breakfast, and, at 149 baht, it was very reasonable. A water jug and clean glasses, an automated americano and espresso machine, fresh milk and cream, cereals including muesli etc. White and whole wheat bread. You choose from menu pancakes or eggs of different cooking methods. Two eggs. You get a small plate of two types of fruit. If you calculate the cost of coffee, this 149 baht price is very fair. A suggestion for certain travelers: you could stay at a luxury resort a day or more for the experience then switch to Estia for the rest of the week unless you are very picky, because if you are a tourist out all day then this is just a place to sleep. We live in Chiang Mai as retirees. Staying in Estia brought me back to my youth traveling around Europe! At $27 a night, Estia may surprise you. It is an older place but we are concerned with cleanliness. Estia is very clean. Grab Taxi easily finds Estia,

The hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai, near the main temples and very close to the street markets on Saturday and Sunday. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I was in a room at the lower floor that seemed to be very comfortable and discreet. Very hygienic. Personal and receptionist very friendly, offer everything they have. Transfers and excursions can be booked. Fruit very basic but with the necessary. If I return to Chiang Mai to complete my studies, I would stay here again. ¡Very recommendable!

Mao and Best are great and very friendly and helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the location! We are next door to many massage places, we tried two places and both were amazing! (Da massage and the blind massage) Great restaurants near by, my son and us loved the icecream at Na ma Me Ma across the street, the Sunday night market a block away is amazing and the hotel is close to lots of beautiful temples very close by. It's close enough to the action but still very quiet. We highly recommend it!!! We absolutely love it here!
