Many of our guests uses our resort as a base to explore Chiang Rai's attractions either on foot or by car. We are disappointed to see that you were not entirely happy with your stay. Most of our guests enjoy our location by the river in a beautiful garden setting, yet only 1.5 km to the city center. Our Superior Studios are set in two-story buildings with 3 rooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. All other room categories are in single story buildings. Most of our guests compliment us on our breakfasts for its choice of Asian as well as international dishes. I am sorry to hear that you also found our staff inattentive.
