Great location near night bazzar, hotel seems very new, the floor is so clean you could almost see the reflection. Breakfast is buffet but not that variety probably because low season, we stayed there 2weeks ago early June. The hotel with Exceptional Customer Service you can hardly find. I left my watch there and once i realised it, i was on the way Chiang Mai so when I contacted the hotel, they were very accomodated and actually posted my watch via thai post from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai where I stayed, and the watch came a day before I left Chiang Mai. Especially thank you to Jirasuda Sang, helped above and beyond, out of their way to post the watch for a guest. I am so grateful for your help and hospitality. 5stars is actually not enough. 😍 one advice for my fellow visitor, make sure you have a car to visit in Chaing Rai, as everything is not always walking distance unlile Chiang Mai. Definitely recommend arranging transportation before visiting Chiang Rai. It has alot to offer, you will thank me.
