GGuest UserA new hotel closed to Kok river and not too far from city. It's near blue temple. The hotel have bicycles for travel, you can ride with free. Good river view, it comfortable to stay. Very large bathroom with tub but a shower was not clean, quite dirty. You can select twin or deluxe one bedroom from application. The TV was diffucult to open , its depend on internet and signal was delayed. The electric kettle is dirty, shoule be clean completely before.I love breakfast, many menus and delicious.

Fforever travellingClean and comfortable room. Location is perfect. Few mins walk from the bus station, plenty of massage shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and always smiling. Overall, very good service. I would love to come back and I recommend it to anyone travelling to Chiang Rai.

1. Very good first impression during check-in – staff are very cheerful, helpful and enthusiastic – a fantastic welcome to my stay!
2. Clean, spacious and most importantly, no insects or foul smell in the room. Good quality mattress, pillows, bed linen and towels - all new and are so comfortable! Housekeeper's response was prompt and everything worked well.
3. Within walking distance to: nearest 7-11 shop (about 7 minutes), Saturday night market (about 10 minutes), Clock tower (about 15 minutes)
4. Spotless and cosy restaurant. Breakfast spread is small but well-prepared with slight variation in the hot dishes daily (kudos to the chef!). Coffee is good!
Dislike:
1. Space in toilet is very tight in the superior room – suitable only for someone with small body frame
2. Pool does not seem to be cleaned daily as I saw dirt and dead insects floating in the water for 2 days’ straight (the bright lights around the pool attract a lot of flying insects on certain nights). Pool water is only waist-deep
3. The hotel is situated within an older residential area and the alleys are dead quiet after dark. My room on the 4th floor has views of roof tops of the surrounding nondescript buildings. Rooms on the opposite side probably have better views.
4. TV is not a smart TV. Mainly Thai programmes so nothing to watch if you do not understand Thai

GGuest UserPros: Close to a community area, with restaurants, convenience stores, a market, and a beer garden all within walking distance. Easy to find, located on the main road.
Cons: The bed is extremely hard, even when I lay down on it, my knees hurt. Sleeping is painful. There are very few power outlets, only two of them are two-holes (not three-holes). There are cobwebs and spiders near the sink. The headboard has blackout curtains, no blackout curtains. It's bright at 6 a.m. The air conditioner compressor is loud and vibrates, requiring earplugs to sleep. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. I saw a bag of sticky rice and grilled pork. I asked to take it, but the staff refused, saying I had to eat at the hotel. In short, I didn't get breakfast at the hotel because I had to leave in a hurry.

DDonavan GThe hotel was great and so was the location, if you prefer a bit of piece and quiet. A short distance away from town which makes it easy and economical to get around. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and there was also a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was fair but on the limited side. Overall, I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

I highly recommend this gem to budget-conscious travelers and anyone seeking a truly authentic local experience.

Central location, clean, a huge fridge downstairs, a small kitchen for basic things (no gas for the cooker) and some fruits and coffee were available.
The only problem was noise, as a few guest were impolite, but other than that, I have been happy with my stay.

KKel89The place is great but the location is really hide, I want use the pool in the morning before to check out but they were cleaning it until 11am so I just enjoyed for 30 minutes… check out is at 12pm. They offer coffee and cookies free and I had the breakfast alone… not sure if more tourists stayed in the place… I shared bathroom but I only used it, I like the glass water. No aircon but the fan is close to the bed, which makes it comfortable.
