I was visiting lovely Viterbo to see family so my lad booked a room for me for 2 nights. The location is wonderful and could not be quieter but my navigator failed completely so I needed to use Waze instead. There is some minimal signposting but only when you have almost arrived! I was greeted by Roberto our host and shown to a lovely room with 2 beds as requested, the room had a great view over the garden and the bathroom too was splendid. I then went out to meet family so I was issued with a front door key plus a remote control to open the big front gates and that worked great. I was also warned that their credit card machine is not working which many establishments do cos they prefer cash!! Breakfast both mornings was good with fresh eggs plus bread and cheese and juice and coffee, When we were leaving Roberto did not have even 3 Euro change and expected me to pay the precise amount of the bill in cash which was slightly strange I thought. Anyway I paid and left, the bill was 167 Euro for the room and breakfast for 2 nights. I know some nearby hotels which charge less so I dont plan to return thanks!!

The experience was amazing. The host Roberto was outstanding in helping us with a late check-in - and provided clear directions on the room amenities. His wife and he prepared a delicious and sumptuous breakfast. Overall, a great treat in Tuscany! Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot to relax and unwind while exploring Viterbo. Roberto is a welcoming and attentive host. The room was impeccable, and the bed was so comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous and we had two large private terraces. A lovely stay - highly recommended if you're visiting the area.

A 3 km circa da Viterbo raggiungibile in 10 min si trova questo B&B molto carino e silenzioso con un parco stupendo indicato anche per chi ha animali e auto per il parcheggio ..le camere sono pulite e confortevoli ..colazione a richiesta ottima ..titolari gentili e disponibili ..

Abbiamo soggiornato solamente 2 notti, e quindi non goduto completamente del bellissimo posto, e i servizi che offriva. Tutto perfetto e comodo per le visite dei dintorni, proprietario sempre presente e disponibile.

Sono stato in questo B&B con mia moglie solo una notte tra sabato e domenica 15/16 ottobre, ma siamo stati molto bene, accogliente molto elegante, camere ben disposte e molto pulite, buona colazione, personale molto rispettosa e gentile, da consigliare.

Situata nella prima periferia di Viterbo, su una strada tranquilla e poco trafficata, c’è una villetta confortevole, pulita e arredata con gusto. I signori Roberto e Gabriella sono ospiti squisiti, amichevoli e discreti. Un piacevole soggiorno che abbiamo deciso di allungare proprio in virtù della loro accoglienza. Letti comodi, bagno intimo, ogni comfort. Torneremo! Consigliato!
