The service staff are very nice and patient. The staff service is okay, at least I ordered food in the morning, and they delivered it to the first floor of the room, but I don't know why the delivery staff didn't bring the food to the door of the room as he said, and then I went to get it. 早餐還不錯, 但雙人床是用兩個單人床合併組成, 睡覺時壓到床和床的空隙非常不舒服, 被褥太薄, 且空調無法讓住客自行調整溫度, 都是統一設成 22度, 冬天非常冷, 希望能改善。另外房間內開飲設備只有供應熱水, 且熱水龍頭關掉時不會馬上停止, 非常容易燙傷, 希望能改善及增加冷水或冰水供應。浴室濕滑容易跌倒, 希望能增加浴室專用塑膠拖鞋防跌倒。從車庫到房間的樓梯梯面狹窄, 上下樓梯也很危險, 希望能改善。

整體很棒～ 入住有獨立車庫，房間整理得很整齊，也很大。 最驚艷的是浴缸，工作之後可以好好泡一泡。 早餐稍微有些單調，不過整體是好的

第一間進入車庫到房間都有一股煙味，第二間在門口等很久都沒開門，還要打電話進入説才開門，（過年期間入口只有一人服務好像有點少）車庫到房間有一股很濃的香水味！房間和餐廳如果有酒精會更好

乾淨～有停車場開車很方便，只是如果是出差，不能用Trip訂，會不能核銷

訂房前想說全省連鎖又寫精品旅館，應該不踩雷，有看到評論說煙味重，還以為評論者比較倒霉，進了吸煙者剛退房的房間，沒想到自己一打開門煙味重到讓人受不了，後來發現煙味是冷氣吹出來，代表冷氣濾網根本沒在清洗，因為太臭了臭到無法入眠，只好把冷氣關掉，大熱天沒開冷氣也無法入睡，但一樣不能睡，熱總比吸二手菸好，浴缸有毛髮，我也不敢使用，蒸氣室根本不能用， 訂的房間寫99平方公尺，樓梯間就佔了很多坪數，車停好，就一直爬樓梯，轉了好幾次才到房間，原來訂房寫的1～4樓是車子在一樓，房間在四樓 原本安排和老公度過浪漫的紀念日，就被這臭和熱二選一的房間給毀了，一家嘉義館就讓我決定全省的歐遊都不會再去了

浴缸超級大 房間很乾淨舒適 網路上訂便宜很多
