This is a wonderful hotel located right off the shore of the beautiful Renyitan Dam. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk where you can watch the sunrise early morning! The hotel lobby is gorgeous and room is clean and roomy. There are loaner bikes available right at the entrance of the hotel. The women’s spa is closed for renovations at the moment but there is a game room where family with kids can enjoy a variety of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated probably due to low occupancy. The breakfast buffet is only available when there are tour groups staying at the hotel. This was my second time staying here this month and I really enjoyed it.

The location of the hotel is only within ten minutes from Renyitan Reservoir. The room (4 people room, 2 double beds) is spacious and equipped. It is suitable for small families. The comfortable mattress can lie down at ease and the lighting is bright. From the window, you can overlook the green mountains. From time to time, there are mountains and clouds, as if in a fairyland, after eating, leisurely walk on the Renyitan Bading Trail near the hotel, 1.5 kilometers of trails are straight and spacious, from the top of the dam to overlook the rural scenery of Panlu Township, there is an unspeakable pleasure and comfort in my heart. First of all, after the car stopped and landed, there was a large brown oil stain in the parking lot, just next to my parking space. This oil stain was still there until I checked out. Before I checked out, I heard that there were other people who had just checked in. Remind the passenger to the counter (meaning that there is no perfect awareness of the cleanliness of the environment, which does not meet the standard of a five-star hotel) Next, in the corner of the balcony of the room, I found that a cigarette butt had not been disposed of. This is a bit exaggerated, and this is really completely unacceptable. 2. We did not inform passengers about the room type in advance. We chose a luxury room type that costs NT$15,000 per night on weekdays. There is a floor-to-ceiling window in front of the double bed in the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the photo of the room type should face the mountain view. The quality of the dinner, Alishan Indigo only has one restaurant to choose from, the unit price is 3000 yuan per person + 10% service charge, the unit price is quite high, the ingredients are not bad, the restaurant decoration is very general, unlimited red and white wine Drink freely (red and white wine is not very good), there are few self-service choices, only about a dozen choices, the point is that during the meal that day, there were actually a few flies flying in the self-service ingredients area, and after telling the waiter, I only got ”Because it was cleaned up today Water pipes, without any gestures to comfort the guests, I think it is very inferior to the standard of dinner at this price. A-Li A-Li Homestay is adjacent to Yanping Budao Trail and Ali Mountain Forest Recreation Area. It is a qualified residence. It is convenient to watch the sunrise/sunset, to view cherry blossoms and sea of clouds, and also to experience making Alishan tea. It is a good place to stay when you come to Alishan to travel. The lively and welcoming orange exterior of the homestay is like glowing sun, welcoming travelers.

I’ve been busy and don’t have time to comment. I have time today to tell my heart. The boss is really nice, warm to others, and feels really at home. Just like at home, I really saw it on the day when I drove us to see the sunrise! It is cloudy again and can't be seen. Although breakfast is simple, there are also many convenient porridges to choose from. Bread 🍞 delicious porridge is sesame paste and other self-made porridge to choose from. The B&B is only a 5-minute uphill walk from the bus station, which is great for a solo traveler like me on the go using public transportation. The short climb is worth it when you consider the spectacular views of sunrise and sunset you get at the venue. Checking in is simple and smooth. The host was also kind enough to greet me at the bus. The room I booked is relatively small but the double-size futon bed is firm and has given me 3 nights if comfortable rest. There is no table but the wall-side low counter and stool allows me to have my takeout meal. The bathroom is functional and clean. The only downside is the noise I feel are the noise made by other international travellers (the German and English speakers during my stay 12/27-12/29) who have shown no consideration for other guests, but earplugs allow me to drown it out when I sleep. The buffet-style breakfast is all delicious and plentiful. The owner himself makes fresh coffee from his Nespresso for you. For dinner, I have bought very affordable local takeout noodle stew at a stall near the bus stop, and there is also a convenience store where I could buy food for my next-day mountain hike. The best and key part of the stay has been the photo-taking opportunities at sunrise and sunset, not forgetting the cats in their “cat cafe” outside the restaurant. Overall, for the low price, it is of excellent value.
