Toyoko Inn Chiba Minato Ekimae

Right outside the JR station. The hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are standard Toyoko Inn style. It's conveniently located, and breakfast is enough to fill you up, but it can get very crowded during peak hours.

I've stayed here several times now. It's super convenient for getting around, right next to the station. There's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi (pharmacy) and a supermarket nearby, and the airport bus stop isn't far either. They even offer a simple breakfast, mostly Japanese style. The rooms are clean, and the staff are really friendly. My only tip is to bring your own slippers for check-in; they provide some, but they're not disposable.

It was conveniently located right in front of Chiba-Minato Station! The front desk staff were also very kind!

The single room was larger than I expected; there was just enough space at the foot of the bed for a flip-up suitcase without blocking the walkway. The presence of a power outlet near the bed was excellent. The bathtub was available, and the water pressure was great. The staff were friendly, and we could leave our luggage there before going out. There was free coffee on the first floor, and toiletries were available near the entrance. Breakfast was simple but delicious.

The bathroom drain was clogged. I've fixed it. I was surprised by the great location on the 12th floor. Thank you. I use Toyoko Inn and Route Inn about equally.

I stay at this hotel every year from late August to September because I need to attend events there. The facilities are quite good, and it's very convenient as it's right next to the JR station.

There was no comb in the lobby where the amenities were, so I assumed there was one in the room, but when I looked in the bathroom, there was none. I went to the front desk to inquire and they gave me one. I wish there had been a note where the amenities were placed saying that if you needed a comb, please go to the front desk... What a shame 😣💦⤵
