Hotel Tetora Makuhari Inagekaigan (Formerly Business Hotel Marine)

This stay was truly fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt exceptionally cared for. Location: The hotel's location is superb, with incredibly convenient transportation. It's close to both subway and bus stops, making it easy to reach various attractions and shopping areas. The surrounding area is also very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. Room Facilities: The room was more spacious and cleaner than I expected! The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The free Wi-Fi was fast, making work and entertainment smooth.

There's no air conditioning, just a noisy floor hairdryer, making the air feel stagnant and dry. The carpet is dirty, the overall cleanliness is poor, and the toilet has a strange smell.

It's great, suitable for exhibitions, convenient for travel, and a good combination of transportation options.

It was great because it was close to the station. I think it's fine for a regular overnight stay.

It was more spacious and clean than I expected. I had a good rest at a reasonable price. The location seems good too, as you can get there within a 10-minute walk from the station. There is also a convenience store nearby.

The smoking rooms were good; the double room I stayed in was much larger and more spacious than I expected—surprisingly large for a hotel in Japan. The single room was smaller. The hotel was a bit old, but everything was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast was Japanese style, which was acceptable if you're not too picky. Free coffee was available. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and medium-sized shopping malls nearby, making it very convenient. It's a good choice for a relaxing vacation.

The room was upgraded for free, and I didn't need to change rooms during the upgrade, which was great. The only downside was that the wall-mounted air conditioner was a bit too large for the room.

While it's understandable that rooms are locked with a regular key instead of a card given the condition of the facility, the outdated heating and cooling system, the stained carpets, etc., make the facility disproportionate to the price of the stay. I hope that improvements will be made so that even a one-night stay can be more pleasant.
