Service from the staff was nice.. facilities was okay.. location was near the train station.. we didnt like the vibe of the area especially at night.. felt like the security in the area was very very poor. there are always a lot people camping around from the train station all the way to the hotel, trying to prey on people who are alone. they are always staring at me and my husband everytime we walk back from the train station. during our 1st night stay, my husband went down to the nearby combini alone and an obaasan kept following him asking if he wants massage service from hotel to combini and back to the hotel. then another night, we saw 1 girl got cornered by a group of guys while walking back to the hotel. she was obviously distressed but we are couldnt do anything since we are outnumbered. we didnt want to get into trouble so we can only walk away with guilt as fast as we could back to the hotel. drunk people everywhere. no police in sight during the few nights we were there as well. overall, definitely no issue with the hotel but we will not return to Chiba again.

The single room is really small, but clean and hygienic. It is completely sufficient for traveling alone. The window cannot be opened. The biggest problem and disadvantage is that the windows cannot be opened and there is no wind. It is like living in a cabin with no windows or terraces, trapping sewage and carbon dioxide, and only a very small window for ventilation. In such a refreshing weather, you still need to turn on the air conditioner. Split air conditioners cannot bring outdoor air into the room, so it is uneasy because the windows cannot be opened. The location is excellent. Just across the mall is the Chiba train station, which is convenient for going to Tokyo or the airport. The surrounding environment is a bit chaotic at night. I don’t know why there are women in red standing on many streets? Inviting guests to drink? If you don't mind turning on the air conditioner, it's acceptable on days when prices are cheap. However, the price increase on Fridays and Saturdays was so severe that it was nearly double the usual price. I was forced to move back to a remote hotel near Narita Airport.

The hotel is very good overall, there is a microwave on the room, and the electric kettle is going to want to use clean! But unfortunately there is no window open in the room, only one fire window, the rest are very good!

The location is a 10-minute walk from Chiba/Chiba Station.... If you pass by the shopping street under the train, you can find it easily. First of all, I really like the room. It's spacious, unlike other cramped hotels in Tokyo....There's even a microwave in the room....The bathroom is also spacious. You can take a half-body bath. However, the toilet is a bit small. It might be difficult for big men or fat people. And if the room faces the train & train, you can hear the sound even with the window closed. It might be uncomfortable for sensitive people.

The room is super small. The bed and the table next to it are only 20 cm apart, and the toilet is also small. The location is not very good, and the surroundings feel a bit messy. The most annoying thing is that there is mold everywhere in the room!!! Although the front desk service is OK, the infrastructure is really bad. It is not recommended to stay here!

As always, I'm very impressed with the hotel. Good location, friendly staff, the rooms are always clean, and you can even check out later for a small fee if you want to sleep in a little longer.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights to attend a study group. There was a coin laundry on the second floor, a Seven-Eleven convenience store just outside the hotel, and a supermarket right in front, so it was a very convenient location. Thank you!
