Although the room is small, it is overall comfortable. The receptionist is very polite and takes the trouble to help with room problems. There is also free breakfast, bathing, etc. It is a great accommodation experience.

酒店設備齊全，乾淨衞生，有各式個人護理産品提供，還可以選擇自己喜歡的枕頭，住的挺舒適。早餐也很豐富和健康。唯一的缺點是房間很小，浴室有點擠。

千葉に出張の時は、必ず利用しています。 部屋はとてもリラックスでき、温泉も最高！ 何より、朝食も凄く良い！

Towels can only be purchased for an additional charge, so if you use one in the bath, there are no small towels left in the bathroom. When you ask for more, they say they can't charge it to the room and you have to pay in advance. This means you have to use the elevator multiple times, and you have to wait for the elevator, which is a hassle. Even when you meet the front desk in person, they don't give you the towels first and ask for payment upfront. It seems like they don't trust their guests, but they just shrug it off saying that's the kind of hotel it is. When I suggested they explain it at check-in, they got confrontational and said they would explain everything from A to Z. There is no phone in the room and the lights are dim, so it's not suitable for students taking exams. The bath is full of burly, yakuza-like men, and I don't want to go in there again.
