Entire 2 bedroom with Office & Deck!

Very welcoming! The apartment is huge and well stocked with all the comforts of home, we had a very easy time accessing everything and found everything very clean and tidy. My only comment would be that the king size bed is in need of a new mattress it tilts into the middle quite a lot and seems a bit collapsed. Thank you so much for our time there!

Top floor and close to everything The photos are accurate. Very clean and open. I was given the access code right away and communicated my late check in and early check out. They created a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood. I will stay here again. Definitely book this space!

Thanksgiving Fun Our son lives Humboldt park so this apartment was a perfect spot to spend our holiday!

Great spot to stay in Humboldt Park Super cute apartment with two bedrooms, a big tv, and right near the park. Worked out great for our trip. Keep in mind it’s a 3rd floor walk up if you have trouble with stairs!

Inside was stellar! The inside of the property was wonderful. Exactly described. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities in the listing. Friday and Saturday nights we came home after dark and felt very unsafe as we looked for parking. There were gatherings down the street with cars in the middle of the street, people yelling things as we drove by, and giving rude gestures. Having us check in around back would have been okay, except we had to walk through the dimly lit alley. I would highly recommend better lighting at the keypad, and back gate area to increase security and feelings of safety. Lastly, steps going from the second to the third floor outside felt extremely unstable with boards being loose, warped, weak, and not nailed down all the way across. Everything inside was great though!
