Best Western River North Hotel

It's a bit far from the hustle and bustle, about a 20-minute walk. The rooftop pool is nice, but the building itself is quite old and the facilities are outdated. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, there's a noticeable gap.

The location was great and basic amenities were provided. The area around the hotel was quiet at night. The walls were a bit thin, so I could hear voices from other rooms, but it wasn't too bothersome. Overall, it was very comfortable.

This hotel boasts a prime downtown Chicago location, within walking distance to the Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and popular Instagrammable spots, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The free Wi-Fi is stable, and there's a well-equipped indoor pool and gym. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. Overall, it's quiet and safe with thoughtful service, making it perfect for exploring, dining, and sightseeing. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Chicago!
