Hotel is good but parking fee is not cheap and no discount.

good ubicacion, near everything, there was mold and a lot of dust, we can't use the coffee maker because it was dirty.

My reservation was booked and paid months ago. During my traveling I had a problem with my credit card, so when I got to this hotel I was told by the receptionist that I couldn’t pay for the deposit by cash. I asked to talk to the manager and see if we could find a solution and the manager was just rude. I understand that the hotel have policies but he had zero empathy and patience to talk to me. No other option at all was offered. I ended up loosing all the money of the reservation and spending more booking a different hotel.

I booked it for a friend, but I didn’t hear any bad feedback from my friend.

Spending in Chicago in February 2020, [Line] The hotel is located in the center of the city center, in the prime location of S Michigan ave, directly facing Grant Park and directly facing Lake Michigan, the transportation is extremely convenient. Harrison Station (Red Line) subway is nearby. The Lobby, the second floor, and the eighth floor are all public spaces. I live in a lake view room. The view is fine and exquisite. The interior layout of the room is square. The sound insulation between the room and the next room is barely good. Anyway, everyone knows that you should not laugh and shout at the hotel. Regarding eating, I don't need to repeat it here. Everyone is a travel expert. [Education] Various museums, symphony concert halls, and libraries are all nearby. You can walk around the Chicago Futures Exchange building and take photos. Just a few steps to Willis Tower, you can go up to the 103rd floor and stand at Sky Deck to feel the glass window protruding from the wall of the building. The foot is completely transparent. To sum it up, choose Hilton Chicago and you won't regret it or be bored.
