Hampton Inn & suites is a great location as it is walking to Michigan ave where you can shop all the high end branded shopping spree & love walking by the river walks w/ lots of restaurants to go. Also this place has hot breakfast & the staffs are very nice. Will use this hotel again when I come back to Chicago. Jody is great . Thanks

Need to have halal/ kosher/vegetarian options for breakfast. Most products had pork in them.

The hotel is quite good. Many Americans will stay here. Breakfast is hot and cold. Coffee and hot water are available. Luggage storage is free. The environment is also good. The location is great and it is worth booking. On the second night, there was a foreigner celebrating his birthday opposite. It was quite noisy and the soundproofing was not good. This is the case abroad.

The room is relatively new, the price/performance ratio is good, the stay is very comfortable, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is American style, simple but OK, and there is fruit, overall good

OK hotel but poor service.
We arrived at 2 p.m., we were confirmed that the room was ready….but $23 if we wanted to check in before 4 p.m.!!!
We stayed 2 nights, the room was never made up

One of the towel at my room has blood on it! Not clean for sure. But what can you expect for an Inn located in downtown Chicago? It is not five-star anyway, right? The location is fantastic given the price.

I was disappointed that the hotel took a $200 deposit for 2 nights. Seemed very unnecessary and was taken from credit card for few days.
Also breakfast eggs were horrible.
Coffee in the lobby and water would be nice.
