Good Location , very Convenience , Having a lot of shops and nearby Chicago River

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Chicago. we booked this hotel after a lot of considerations. Location is the best. Great breakfast buffet, my daughter loved the fresh strawberries and egg Benedict. This is going to be our go to hotel when in Chicago!

Staff is wonderful. Hotel has been updated but still shows a little wear. Pool is lovely. In our room we Noticed a brown stain on rug near table. Also noted on our last morning there that the sheet in one area had a yellow hue. Odd. We were busy so we didn’t notify staff until after we left. That said, I did notify and they were responsive. Location on Michigan is awesome. Easy to walk to restaurants, train, etc. Location was fab.

Very dated hotel and in need of upgrade. It doesn't feel like staying in an intercontinental brand hotel though unfortunately. Only good was that it has a Michael Jackson steak restaurant at the lobby. Location was good because its along Mag Mile.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location

The location is very convenient. There is a shopping mall opposite. Blue Bottle Coffee is also very close. It is very convenient to walk to various check-in spots in Soybean. Recommended for those who pursue a convenient location. The service facilities are also good. It is quite satisfactory. You can also order takeout and leave it at the front desk.

In general, the room is too old.

There is no service at all. The front desk is terrible. I have to ask for the same WiFi password three times. Then he spoke very fast and the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The toilet still smells bad. Do you accept it? ? ? The price/performance ratio is really low. I’m really convinced. Parking fee is 80 US dollars per night. . . Except for being on the main road in the central area, it is useless and has no advantages. Breakfast is also poor, the variety is lacking

The hotel is a bit old and the software can't keep up; but the location is excellent and easy to access.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are large, the facilities are complete, the surrounding environment is good, and it is very safe.
