Super nice hotel with awesome amenities! We loved the full size gym, basketball court and the pool and hot tub were nice as well. Location is good. Would definitely stay again!

Overall all it was an ok stay, walking the halls to find the room is confusing. You can hear your neighbors have a normal conversation. the room we had had hair in the shower, no garbage bags I had to use a take out bag. Also the rooms were cold and thin blankets in January. 59 dollars for parking over night fine. Machine ate my ticket and was hard to get fixed. The nicest thing about this experience was the front desk lady was very nice.

Great location. I am gold vip with ******* and hotel is supposed to upgrade me if rooms available. Front desk confirmed rooms were available but insisted i would need to pay for an upgrade.

Great location, wonderful staff. Bed very comfortable and room was fine. Some of the furnishings in the room were a bit worn. Overall, a very nice experience.

I love love loved my stay it’s a beautiful place the only thing i didn’t like was parking outside of that everything was perfect staff was amazing and friendly very helpful can’t wait until my next visit

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Also, very convenient to shopping, CTA and a few downtown attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.
