This is my second time stay at the IVY and I loved it more than the first both the king suite and queen studio are very comfortable
And modern. My rooms were clean, staff was pleasant each time. I will be staying at the Ivy more often.

Nice hotel in great location. Unfortunately our shower didn’t work in that could not control water temp. Was a nice shower. Too bad we couldn’t us it.

Hotel is very nice! Room was clean! Bathroom had a big soaking tub as well as a rain shower.
I do wish they would have more support for the front desk durning check in. There was a decent size line and I had to wait about 25 mins to check in. The employee was extremely helpful and courtesy but she was only 1 person.

Really nice, spacious, hotel in excellent location, very near Mag Mile.
Really comfortable rooms that made my 5 nights very pleasant.
Only one thing - the Wi-Fi was patchy so some improvement there would be appreciated.
