It is so precious to have such a MOTEL in such a big city. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic. There was no parking space when I arrived, so the manager gave me his parking space.

A motel like this is great in downtown Chicago with no parking spaces. It takes 15 minutes to walk from Cloud Gate. It was cold and windy when we went there, so it was quite a long journey. They changed their parking fee policy without informing me. While I made the booking through *******, it was under free parking category. But later they changed it and charged me $29 tax when I tried to check in.

Great place to stay. Very good location with most of the tourist places within a walkable distance. Great brunch places around. Even though is in the heart of the city, they make it feel safe. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was that they charged for parking. They could have said that on the reservation.

Commute to city every week of the year for 2 nights for work. Ohio House was going to be my preferred hotel as they offered free parking. Unbeknownst to me, effective Jan 1 they will now charge for parking. Unfortunately I will no longer stay there. I was able to agree with another hotel for free parking given how often I will be staying

Staff was super nice, walked in the building room and smelled super clean, everything was nice. Only “negative” thing I want to mention is the temperature of the rooms during the night. On my first night I was freezing while I slept and the next night I woke up super hot. Other than that my family and I enjoyed this motel so much we’re thinking about booking with Ohio House again!
