Most worst hotel I’ve ever been I will never go back to this **** they double charged me

Within walking distance of the train station and lots of food. Great customer service and very clean.

Everything was cool I like that I had a free drink card and was a late night pizza spot too

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and three days in late December 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The heating system in my room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. During my entire stay, there was no housekeeping service or towel replacement, which was very inconvenient. The building also feels quite old; even the elevator rattled whenever it moved. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited and the overall quality was poor. On multiple mornings, there were no refills when items ran out, and even when I arrived around 8:00 a.m., most of the food was already gone. It honestly felt like a “breakfast war zone.” I hope your hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience moving forward.

I could overlook the minor inconveniences, such as the poor service and occasional rudeness of a receptionist, but two major issues made my stay uncomfortable. First, my room was extremely dark as it faced an interior courtyard with little natural light. Second, there was pet fur everywhere, which was especially problematic since I have allergies. I did not see any prior warning that these rooms allowed pets; otherwise, I would have either chosen a different hotel or requested a pet-free room. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my stay.

Our room on the 8th was spotless and well-kept. Location was perfect for easy access to the Lyric Opera Theatre. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Plan on bringing your own or eating elsewhere.
