The Whitehall Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. During my entire week-long stay, my room was cleaned only once, and that was after five days. There is no place for guests to throw away their own trash—you have to call the front desk every time you need garbage removed. The furniture is old and worn out, and even the towels are gray and look dirty. The front desk staff were very rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. They should either not be working in guest service or receive proper customer service training. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, the price does not match the quality at all. I would not recommend staying here.

this place ser late check at 4 pm with unprofessional hotel management. no trash bin no refill toilet paper fall apart furniture call ti get water service twice they said they will bring it. but they have never brought it. this is first and last my staying

Great hotel, service and great all you can eat breakfast

I have stayed here many times. The location is wonderful. Streeterville is a favorite of mine. The staff are truly helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I will be returning.
