All in all, a pleasant stay, and a good location to be around many of the touristy things to do in downtown Chicago. The staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is the cost of parking ($75 per day!).

Very good location at River North. Average hotel, good for couple of nights of sightseeing. Loud A/C. No daily cleaning unless requested.

The hotel overall is lovely and was our second time staying, mostly for the in room jacuzzi suite. However, the internet was not working the entire two nights we stayed this time, the in room phone was not working, so we had to call the main hotel number to reach the front desk when we needed something. There is no room service, so we had to order delivery service, which is dropped off at the hotel lobby, or order from the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately the restaurant does not take orders by phone so you have to walk down to the bar to order food and wait to take it to your room. Overall, the jacuzzi tub was the highlight of the stay.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. View was very nice. Check in soured my stay at very beginning, as no one checking realized the $30 destination fee was going be added to the bill to, as the clerk explained, "cover the cost of the pool, fitness center, and water in the lobby" to say the least i wasnt the only irritated one. Definitely not staying there again and paying the 30 dollar ice water charge.

The room was pretty dusty and could of used a refresh. You can see it on the ledge above the bed, night stands, and bathroom.

Staff was wonderful! The hotel itself is clean and very quiet. Right in the middle of the action in River North. Our only complaint would be that it would be very nice to have a coffee maker in the room and for some reason they removed the in-room refrigerator, at least there was no refrigerator in our room.
